"Honestly I don't care, I'd rather focus on important matters" Saeko said this as she dont really care about Takashi for now due to the fact that she thinks it's better to focus on survival rather than personal matters like revenge
Even though she was too upset about their betrayal still Saeko knows it will be a lot better if they focus on Survival
Rei nodded her head to Saeko's question as she would have imagined since she knows how rational Saeko's thinking is as she dont let personal feelings get involved
Shizuka dont really care because of that, she managed to meet up with Kaneki and know how much value she holds in his heart which is the reason she dont really hold a grudge but that doesn't mean she will think what Takashi did was right
"Eat" Kaneki said as he came near them since he had already finished making food, as he had already set up the table while they were talking
Hearing him, all 5 of them nodded their head as they went and sat down on the chair meanwhile Kaneki went to take a bath
"Will Big Brother won't eat with us?" Alice asked this with an innocent face as she didnt know why Kaneki wasn't eating with them
"Well you can say your big brother is just shy to eat with everyone else~" Shizuka said this as she made up this excuse since Alice is just a kid, so Shizuka is sure she would fall for this
And not to mention, Shizuka doesn't think it will be a good idea to let him know Kaneki's nature, as Shizuka is sure Alice will ask more questions, so it's better to make an excuse
"Really?" Alice asked this as she doubts what Shizuka words but Alice also thinks Shizuka won't lie to her
"Yes and in fact he has already eaten up, so hurry up eat and get energy for yourself too~" Shizuka said this as she patted her head and then started to put food on her plate
Saya, Rei and Saeko didnt say anything but they were a little surprised by how Shizuka could lie so easily with such an innocent face as they also supported what Shizuka had said

20 minutes later….
They all finished eating as they dropped the dishes into the sink and started to wash dishes even though they dont need to do this since they are leaving today still they think it's better to do this because this is someone else's house
"Wow, did he make all of these?" Rei asked as she was in awe towards the lunch boxes which were very well prepared and she could say the lunch boxes looked really delicious
Not only lunches, but he also prepared a thermal bottle for himself which is filled with coffee in case he gets hungry and wanna to calm himself down
Rei couldn't help but feel a little emotional seeing this since as this might be the first time someone else has prepared her a lunch box, since she always takes care of herself alone
It's the same with Saeko as she grew up with her father and got trained as a swordmaster, so as a warrior, she also needs to take care of herself alone
Shizuka was a little upset about the fact that from now on she won't be the only person for whom he prepared lunch for but Shizuka understands that this isn't a situation where she could be selfish
She needed to think for the best so that everyone could survive, by everyone she meant everyone whom Shizuka thinks of as a friend or a close one
Then they started to take out the guns they selected meanwhile Shizuka took a paper and a pen to write something
"What are you doing, Shizuka-sensei?" Saeko asked this with a curious tone as unlike others, she was free since was free, so she was playing with Alice
"Hmm I am writing a note, in case my friend comes back here~" Shizuka replied to Saeko's question as she continued to write without stopping as she thinks this note will help her friend understand that she is safe, so she doesn't need to worry
"I see" Saeko said as she understood Shizuka's intentions while thinking this is a smart move when there is no network right now which is really troublesome since thats what keeps them from contacting help or their families
'I wonder if we really can go back to our normal peaceful lives' Rei couldn't help but say this in her mind as she looked at Saya loading the guns
Rei dont know where they will go in order to return to a peaceful life even if they return then she doesn't know whether they can really forget this
....
Another 20 minutes later…
Right now they are all ready to get out of this house as they have all their bags ready filled with ammo, first aid, food, water and lastly clothes
They packed everything they will need for their journey still most of them think it will be alot better if they have a car or some kind of transport
Even though they have everything prepared and packed that they will need still a long way and walking will be extremely tiring as well as they will also often be attacked by zombies
So having a transport will really help as they can avoid getting bitten by a zombie as a car can outrun them as well and they won't get tired too
But sadly they dont have one as they need to walk, Another thing they are almost worried about is Alice because she is just a little girl and they dont think she will manage to cover such a big distance with her small body
They are sure that at one point they need to carry her since there is no way a kid like her will have the stamina of an adult
"Everyone ready~?" Shizuka cheerfully asked this as she looked at everyone's faces, and to her reply, everyone nodded their heads
"Then let's go" she said this next as she began to walk while others started to follow her out of the front door
