Chapter 6 - Chapter 6: Encounter and Chat-up

After Isabella Weaver left, Connor asked in confusion, "Young Master, do you think she's Christopher Weaver's daughter?"

Harry Hunter nodded, "Yes."

"No way, how could Christopher Weaver's daughter be working here as a waitress? The Weaver Family is known as the Watch King, their assets worth at least billions. His daughter should definitely be well cared for, and besides, she said she didn't know Christopher Weaver!"

"She's lying."

Harry Hunter coldly expressed his judgment.

Although Isabella Weaver hid it well, the small detail of her clenched fist betrayed her.

Back in the underground parking lot, Isabella Weaver also realized that Harry Hunter didn't believe her, but she didn't care.

She didn't ride a bicycle again, instead she got into that big red Land Rover.

The car emitted the unique smell of a new vehicle, not very pleasant, but without Milo Field's scent, which made her feel somewhat comfortable.

This was Milo Field's favorite model, Milo Field's favorite color, and it was her graduation gift to him, paid for by selling her most precious watch.

Isabella Weaver touched her empty wrist. The watch that had accompanied her for nine years was gone, her boyfriend was gone, her good friend was gone.

She felt a bit empty inside; everything that had happened seemed like a dream. Although she had already woken up, she was still in a daze.

She leaned against the steering wheel, burying her face in her arms, motionless for a long time.

When she lifted her head again, except for her red eyes, her face remained calm as if nothing had ever happened.

She inserted the key and started the car, stepping on the accelerator, causing the engine to roar boldly.

A sense of boldness rose inside Isabella Weaver, and she smiled softly as she pulled the corners of her lips: "Isabella Weaver, you got this! Dumping a scumbag calls for a celebration today!"

She skillfully turned the steering wheel, speeding out of the clubhouse onto the coastal highway.

Speaking of which, it was Milo Field who taught her to drive; he was patient and meticulous, truly a good teacher.

Of course, Gilly Scott was also taught by him.

Could it be that during those driving lessons they got entangled with each other?

Isabella Weaver chuckled sarcastically, she indeed had a big heart; a lone man and woman in a car for three months of lessons, it's impossible not to have issues!

Forget it, don't think about it anymore, just cut off the past decisively!

Cold wind blew in from the half-open window, ruffling Isabella Weaver's long hair, the scent of the ocean lingering at her nose, as if silently comforting her.

A black sports car passed by her, and a head wearing sunglasses poked out, its owner cheekily whistling at her, shouting, "Hey, beautiful! I've got a car just like yours, what a coincidence, how about leaving me your number?"

Isabella Weaver glanced at him, feeling speechless at his cliché pickup line, it's way too old-fashioned.

The guy seemed to realize she didn't believe him, shouting to explain, "I really have a car like this, add me on WeChat and I'll send you pictures to prove it!"

Isabella Weaver didn't want to entangle with him, so she replied lightly, "I'm already married."

"Ah?"

The sunglasses head was quite disappointed, "Wow, how come all the beauties are already married! So young, how could you decide to get married, what's good about that!"

Shaking his head, he slammed the accelerator, quickly overtaking Isabella Weaver's Land Rover and vanished into the stream of cars.
