Daisy ginger wrinkled her brow, somewhat unwillingly: "I didn't plan to stay long."
"Then how many days do you plan to wear these clothes?" Edward Stephens crossed his arms, eyeing her, "I don't have a dryer here, if they stink, it's not my problem."
Hearing him say this, Daisy faintly sensed a smell coming from her clothes.
When she left the house, she never thought Edward would run off to such a backwater. Besides a passport and toiletries, she didn't even bring a change of underwear, and there was only a warm coat left in her suitcase.
She pursed her lips, deliberately said, "You have money to buy clothes?"
The man curled his lips, seemingly smiling faintly, "There's still enough to buy you a few pieces."
Daisy came out of the house, following him downstairs. She walked with her head down, trudging along half a meter behind the man.
