Sophie Smith kept staring at him intensely, as if afraid that if she closed her eyes, he would disappear.
She was really afraid this was a dream.
"Sophie, where is your car parked?" He asked once again.
"Over there, that red Bentley..." Sophie replied, yet her gaze never left him, looking very much like a spellbound young girl.
Asher Land was rather helpless, carrying her towards her car.
He opened the car door and placed her in the back seat.
