Some people felt this thing go down their backs it was cold. It gave them a shock. Nobody thought it was just someone being bossy. This was someones will it was strong and concentrated and sharp enough to hurt someone.
Leon lowered his hand slowly. This was a controlled movement. It was almost gentle the way Leon did it. Leon made sure his hand moved slowly and carefully like he did not want to scare anyone. The way Leon lowered his hand was really gentle like he was trying to be careful.
