A small movement flashed across his face showing what he did not want to show. This made him really angry. Not just because of what was happening. Because it bothered him more than he wanted it to. The situation and his feelings, about the situation were bothering him. This quiet feeling was making him uncomfortable. That was what was really unsettling the man.
For the time that night something cracked inside of him. It was not anger. It was a mix of things. He felt confused he felt proud. He felt really tired of everything. He took a breath and he raised his hand putting his fingers on his head like he was trying to hold everything together. He was trying to make sense of things to make the world feel steady again by using his willpower just by pressing his fingers to his temple hoping that would make things clearer.
