The Night He Chose Her
And then he was standing there really close to her so close that she could feel the warmth of his body near hers. He was inches from her close enough that the faintest bit of heat, from him touched her.
Before she could even calm down her thoughts he was right there. He did not make a lot of noise but he was coming closer and closer. His arms went around her. They were strong and tight pulling her close to him. Her face was against his chest. It was warm and hard and for one moment everything else just disappeared and all she could think about was the sound of his heartbeat and how it felt to be, near him. The world just seemed to get smaller. All that mattered was the way his heart was beating and the way he was standing there with her.
