Ivy chuckled,
"Just as childish as you were before."
With that, she stepped back one step and scanned the room to find the anomaly in the room, and soon something caught her eye.
She smirked. The table was moved 2 inches further from its original position.
Not to mention...
"I see..." Ivy's calm tone scared Patrick so much that he looked in Ivy's direction.
"Did you think you could hide it from me?" Ivy smiled.
Patrick remained silent, while Ivy wasn't in a hurry anymore. She silently entered Patrick's room.
........
30 minutes later.
The door of Patrick's room was pushed open.
No doorbell. No warning.
A man with a tattoo covering his entire arms, wearing a black tank top and green cargo pants, walked in.
With his bulky body, he almost couldn't get out of the door. His bald head shone due to the upper lights.
"Patrick?" He called out in a tentative voice.
Patrick looked in the direction of the door with a hopeful expression. Alas, it wasn't visible to him at all.
