Damien was puzzled by the recent turn of events.
When Penelope came outside to yell at Tyrion, the servants all thought she would stay to convince him to get off the roof, but instead, Penelope asked for a chair and sat under the cool shade of a tree in the garden.
"Has he fallen yet?" Penelope asked, then placed a cherry in her mouth.
Damien looked up at the roof. "It doesn't appear so," he answered.
"How unfortunate," Penelope replied, but she didn't mean it.
Penelope was upset that Tyrion had not gotten down from the roof after seeing everyone be concerned about his well-being.
"My husband will not get down from the roof because he thinks he is well-protected from getting hurt. Just like how he placed himself in a position to be shot. If he falls from there, I cannot offer another prince to Lady Hazel. How could I when I don't have a child of my own to offer?" Penelope rambled.
