The moment Dante breached the walls of the Broken Dawn camp, it felt as if a top had been snapped as panic enveloped everywhere.
"Heavens, when did he get there!"
"I didn't even see him move!"
"We are doomed!"
Sniperbowlegend's expression was gloomy. The normally stoic archer had never imagined a day would come where he would experience so many emotions within a single hour.
With a rare annoyed look crossing his features, he glared at the human giant who was now walking confidently through the centre of the camp.
"Even the buildings here aren't that bad," Dante commented in a genuinely impressed tone, sweeping his beast-like gaze across the camp.
There was no one in sight, but his sensitive ears easily caught the whispering and crying voices. It didn't take a genius to know they were hiding.
However, the refugees were none of his concern. He believed they were innocent in this. The only people he needed to deal with were the military and the otherworlders.
