Chapter 165 - Chapter 164

March 25, 2005 – 11:00 (Montreal Time)

"SHE'S BEING TORTURED IN THERE?"

"I don't know. Sonylla said she felt someone whipping her back, that was when Blue denied being the witches they claimed they were and that's how she knew something was going on. The way I look at it, if it can make you feel better, whatever they do to her can't be worse than the injuries we got when we played flyball. If she wants them to think they captured humans, she won't break."

Frank stayed silent.

"I'm getting phone calls from just about everyone in the family and I also need to call Erik and Henry. I'll let you know when I find out more, Sonylla is updating High Mage Finnas on the situation. In the meantime, try not to worry too much about it. She'll get back to you alive."

"She was supposed to be back here on Sunday morning for our anniversary, do you think she'll be home by then?"

"I really don't know, but I hope so."

Sebastian was about to call Molly back when he received a hologram call from Henry.

"Since we do not have the hologram code for her twinning partner and neither does Victoria, that makes you our go-to person to inquire about Blue, brother… unless Sonylla was able to call Frank directly?" said Henry.

"I spoke with Sonylla and I just hung up the phone with Frank, so at the moment, he knows as much as I do about Blue's predicament. I was also tasked to call you guys, but you beat me to it. Did you know that Sonylla and Prince Charlie are referring to you two as her posse?"

"No, but it's a good one! Although, you and Gus are probably included in the reference. Now. What's up with sister?" said Erik.

Sebastian answered Erik while sending a quick message to Stephanie, who was at work.

'If your family calls you, please tell them I'll return their call when I can. I spoke with your brother and I'm now on call with hers. I love you.'

"She got the right idea to try to pass for human. They can whip her all day if they want, she won't tell them what they want to hear, but hopefully Alejandro won't break. Hmm I think I know what we are going to do, but we will need Frank's help for that, I think," said Erik.

"That's what I tried to tell Frank. Blue won't break, no matter what they do."

"So long as they don't capture Frank to make her talk. Blood will spill if they do that and it won't be hers," said Henry.

"Sonylla was to reach out to High Mage Finnas after talking to me and Frank got two live-in felines at their place. I'll talk to High Mage Finnas when I'm done with all my phone calls, but I'll guard him myself if I need to."

Thirty minutes later, Erik and Henry called Frank.

"Sister needs to get one of these fixed home holograms that is human friendly. I'm surprised she didn't get one yet." said Henry.

"She's been wanting to get one but didn't get to it yet. I swear, she's being kept busier than she was when working for the EBEE while playing flyball."

"That's not surprising, she got thrown into this war way before it even got started and radicals are getting bolder," said Erik.

"Blue has been fighting radicals since she was 10. Everyone thinks they got her now, but trust us, brother, they have no idea who they are dealing with. Humans seem to think she's just a witch who enjoys summoning demons and sacrificing humans, but we know better. They won't keep her long," said Henry.

"Seb said the same thing and I'm sure Vic will tell me exactly that when I talk to her. She'll probably call me when she hears the news."

"Victoria will definitively tell you the same thing. She also witnessed Blue dodging and fighting foes at school, including demons. Prison guards are a different game because they're humans, but they won't be able to put her down," said Henry.

"Right, now let's get down to business, brothers. We heard from Brother Sebastian that she's denying being a witch and we think she got the right idea. We will be playing on that, but we will need your help." said Erik.

"I'm listening. Anything I can do to help, count me in," said Frank.

"To plant doubts in people's minds, we are creating what humans call a blog. We are going to write articles to convince people that Blue Thunder is merely a very skilled secret agent working for some secret organizations and that Alejandro is merely a partner. We are naming it The Secret Posse," said Erik.

"If we can convince a large part of the population that they capture people on their side, that should put some pressure on those in charge to have her released based on she isn't who they think she is," said Henry.

"Great name for it! I love that idea, and if enough people doubt what they're being told, they'll stop supporting that idiocy of a war. Where are you going to post them?"

"That's where we need your help. We don't want you to post them for us, because it would be too risky, but you know human technology better than us. Gus is good at it, but he doesn't have many human friends. We think that it will be better to reach out to people on a global scale so we want to post on the internet, but we don't know where," said Erik.

"Is there a website or platform where people hang out or gather and where anyone can just post anything? You know, like an international public courtyard?" said Henry.

"And how can we quickly reach out to tons of people?"

"There is this platform that is popular at the moment, called MySpace. Do you guys have an email address?"

"Gus does, we share it. We have his computer open and we are connected to the internet as we speak. MySpace you said?" said Erik.

"Yes. Post it there. Start following random groups on it. A lot of them will follow you back. If people like what they read, they share with their friends and you can quickly get attention that way. Naturally, I will share your articles and I'm sure my sister will too. I'll talk about it to Liam, I won't need to convince him to share them."

"Liam? Do we know him?" said Erik.

"My personal wolf guard posing as my assistant at work."

"Ooh, the werewolf community do love Blue. They probably will spread them like wildfire. We're also good friends with the owners of the shifter pubs we like to go to. Thank you, brother, stay tuned for The Secret Posse articles!" said Henry.

The next day, Sonylla saw the marks on her body multiplying rapidly and she struggled to sleep. Every time she fell asleep, the feeling of lashes on random spots on her body woke her up. She felt her skin raw as she made coffee.
