Chapter 121 - CHAPTER 121

Rin's ship was steadily sailing across the waters of the New World, and the Kingdom of Dressrosa was now not far away, it was only about a day's journey before they would arrive.

"Captain, a pirate ship spotted ahead!" Casa reported to Rin urgently. Midway through the journey, he had noticed a pirate vessel approaching, seemingly blocking their path.

"Oh? Bring me the telescope, I'll take a look." Rin ordered casually. Casa immediately turned around and fetched the telescope, handing it over. Rin lifted it and peered into the distance, observing the pirate ship to determine its origin.

"Huh?" Rin caught sight of the flag hoisted atop the ship the design was clear: a mouth with a tongue sticking out in the center, framed by two crossing bones. Rin immediately recognized the symbol and knew which pirate crew it belonged to.

"Captain, who are they?" Casa asked, curious which group of reckless pirates dared to block the way of the Pandora Pirates.

"They're a subordinate pirate crew under Donquixote Doflamingo Bellamy Pirates, bounty 55 million." Rin still had a deep impression of this group, especially their captain Bellamy the Hyena, who possessed the Paramecia-type Devil Fruit, the Bane-Bane no Mi (Spring-Spring Fruit). It granted him the ability to turn his limbs into springs, allowing him to launch himself at high speed and bounce attacks at opponents similar in concept to Luffy's stretching powers but fundamentally different in mechanics.

"The Hyena Pirates... that infamous pirate gang?" Casa recalled hearing their name whispered in fear among other pirates. Their captain, Bellamy, was infamous for bullying the weak, stirring up trouble, and committing atrocities across the seas.

"Good then let's wait for them to approach. I'm curious to see what they're plotting." Rin spoke calmly as he and Artoria steered their ship at a steady pace, intentionally not avoiding the confrontation.

"Looks like another pirate group is about to meet a tragic end." Anilu grinned gleefully at the side. He had seen this scenario countless times before pirate groups who underestimated Rin's crew would inevitably face complete annihilation because of Rin's strong sense of justice.

"Let's go, Anilu you and I will head over. Artoria and Casa, stay and guard the ship against any sneak attacks." Rin decided quickly. Of the four, only Anilu and Rin had the ability to fly using their Devil Fruits, making them the obvious choice for a swift assault.

"Got it!" Anilu replied eagerly. His body sparked lightly as he floated into the air, joining Rin as they both soared toward the Bellamy Pirates' ship.

Meanwhile, on the Bellamy Pirates' side, the crew was unaware of the incoming danger and were gleefully plotting how to plunder the large ship approaching them.

"Captain, that ship looks loaded with good stuff!" said Sarquiss, the large dagger-bearing man who served as Bellamy's right hand. His massive weapon, a curved scimitar, gleamed wickedly in the light.

"Heh listen up, boys! Once we loot that ship, you'll eat and drink like kings! And if we're lucky, maybe there are a few pretty girls onboard too!" Bellamy laughed crudely, his men roaring in excitement at the prospect of pillage and revelry.

"Such fools." At that very moment, Rin, moving at high speed in a beam of golden light, materialized suddenly in the center of the Bellamy Pirates' deck. Right behind him, Anilu appeared as a crackling figure of lightning.

Their sudden arrival caused an immediate uproar—the pirates who had been celebrating froze in place, staring wide-eyed in disbelief at the two uninvited guests who stood radiating overwhelming killing intent.

"You, who are you?" Bellamy stared at Rin who had suddenly appeared on deck, clearly startled. That someone could quietly blend into the center of the Bellamy Pirates without being noticed made his hair stand on end.

"Me? You're planning to rob my ship and you're asking who I am?" Rin said coldly. Around him, a cloud of blazing light flames burst into existence and the temperature on the ship instantly rose. Rin found it curious, realizing that when he had used these light flames at the bottom of the sea earlier, the cold seawater had suppressed the heat making it less obvious.

"You,you're the captain of that ship!" Bellamy's eyes widened in alarm. The sight of Rin's radiant flames and the intense oppressive aura he exuded was proof enough that he was no ordinary pirate.

"Captain, why does this guy look so familiar?" Saqis, the large dagger-wielding man, leaned over and muttered. His brow furrowed.he felt he had seen this young man's face somewhere before, but couldn't quite recall.

"You two alone want to take on the hundreds of men on our ship? You're dreaming!" sneered Ribas, the Bellamy Pirates' gunner. Looking at Rin and Anilu standing alone, surrounded by his ship's full crew, his confidence swelled he clearly had no idea of Rin and Anilu's true strength, otherwise he would not have dared to say so.

"A few hundred people?" Rin smirked. "Anilu, show them how many of them are really left." As he spoke, Rin floated upward, rising above the ship and into the sky, confusing the pirates who could not guess his next move.

"Yes, Captain." Anilu responded immediately. He understood Rin's intentions at once. Unfolding his arms, arcs of electricity began to crackle around Anilu's body and above them, dark storm clouds gathered swiftly.

"Boom!" A deafening roar split the air as several bolts of lightning crashed down from the sky, striking the Bellamy Pirates' ship with pinpoint precision. In a matter of seconds, the deck was flooded with lightning crew members collapsed where they stood, including the ship's cook Huit and the ship doctor Murray. Only Bellamy, Saqis, and Ribas managed to remain conscious a testament to their strength, though they were clearly rattled. Needless to say, the devastation was Anilu's doing.

"Now you see how many are left on your ship." Rin descended slowly to the deck of the Bellamy Pirates, his tone dripping with disdain intentionally echoing Ribas' earlier arrogant words to make him regret his foolishness.

"This—this thunderpower is insane!" Bellamy looked in disbelief at the scorched and twitching bodies of his crew. The overwhelming force of the lightning strike had shaken him to the core. If the man controlling the thunder was this strong, then the boy in front of him this 'captain'.must be an even more terrifying existence. Bellamy gritted his teeth. He realized, too late, that he had kicked an iron wall. This enemy was nothing like the small-fry pirates he had bullied before.
