"Mom." Lucas breathed in relief as he hugged his mother tightly.
Diana wrapped her hand around her son, and after a while, they separated.
"Are you alright?" She asked.
"You are the one who got arrested, and yet you are worried about me?"
"I'm your mother, of course I will be worried."
Lucas took a step back from his mother as he asked, "You didn't do it, right?"
Diana narrowed her eyes at her son. "I should be the one asking you that question."
Lucas frowns. "What do you mean?"
"The police found evidence of money leaving my account to a man named Felix, who is apparently dead now."
"But how does that concern you?"
"The man had implicating chats on his phone, where he mentioned Henrick's murder. If the number is traced to me, I could be given a life sentence, and that is why I need to know if you had anything to do with Henrick's death."
"What?"
