Thanks to the numerous surveillance devices Yusuke Uchiha had commissioned him to install throughout Las Noches, Mayuri Kurotsuchi had witnessed Aizen's arrival and the ensuing confrontation firsthand.
"Unbelievable! Such a figure was hidden within the Gotei 13! He's just a vice-captain, yet his strength rivals Captain-Commander Yamamoto! And that silver-haired, sly-looking fellow with him is also a formidable expert," Mayuri Kurotsuchi exclaimed.
Aizen, a veteran vice-captain of the Gotei 13, was quite well-known in Soul Society, a fact Mayuri Kurotsuchi was aware of from his time there.
Gin Ichimaru, however, was a recent prodigy whose rise to fame was more recent. Mayuri Kurotsuchi, having only recently arrived in Hueco Mundo with Yusuke Uchiha, was unfamiliar with him.
Yusuke Uchiha smiled. "Your observation skills are excellent. Aizen is now on par with myself and Yamamoto-Genryūsai. At this level, further enhancing spiritual pressure through training is nearly impossible; he's been conducting forbidden experiments prohibited by the Seireitei."
"As for that silver-haired man, Gin Ichimaru, if placed amongst the Gotei 13 captains, he'd rank among the top five. Yet, he's merely the 3rd Seat of the 5th Division."
Upon hearing this, Mayuri Kurotsuchi feigned fear. "My, my, those two foxes are incredibly well-hidden, just like you. But why didn't you unleash your full power and eliminate them?"
Yusuke Uchiha chuckled. "Why do you assume I could defeat Aizen? I don't know the extent of his hidden abilities."
Mayuri Kurotsuchi frowned. "But if you don't eliminate him, and he reveals the situation in Hueco Mundo to Soul Society, we'll face an attack from the Gotei 13."
Yusuke Uchiha smirked. "He won't. Not at this stage."
Aizen wasn't one for self-destructive actions; every action had a purpose.
Revealing Hueco Mundo's situation would offer him no benefit, so he wouldn't inform Soul Society.
While Aizen had nearly completed the Hogyoku's development, the experiments with the White were still ongoing; he needed a stable environment.
Aizen also realized Yusuke Uchiha was a Shinigami, possibly aware of his identity.
Exposing Hueco Mundo's situation would mean open conflict with Yusuke Uchiha, who could then expose Aizen's identity to Soul Society—Aizen's greatest concern.
Therefore, if neither wished to reveal themselves to Soul Society, the best approach was to maintain a silent agreement, each pursuing their goals without provoking the other.
Seeing Yusuke Uchiha's certainty about Aizen's silence, Mayuri Kurotsuchi laughed. "Aizen has been in the Gotei 13 for centuries, always appearing unremarkable, completely unnoticed. You, having joined the Gotei 13 recently, already understand him so well!"
Fifty years is a short time in a Shinigami's lifespan.
Yusuke Uchiha didn't answer Mayuri Kurotsuchi's question, simply smiling. "How else could I be your superior?"
Shifting the topic, Yusuke Uchiha frowned. "I'm dissatisfied with the Espada's combat capabilities. I need your assistance with some research."
Mayuri Kurotsuchi looked surprised. "The Espada are already incredibly powerful, comparable to the Gotei 13 captains. Especially those four Vasto Lorde-class Espada; they're exceptional. You're still not satisfied?"
Yusuke Uchiha shook his head. "You witnessed their performance against Aizen. From the 5th Espada onwards, they couldn't withstand his spiritual pressure. That level of strength is far from sufficient."
Mayuri Kurotsuchi stroked his chin. "Further enhancing the Espada's power? That's a worthwhile research topic, but I'll need Espada as test subjects."
Yusuke Uchiha smiled. "I'll have Ulquiorra find test subjects for you. I'll also remove Szayelaporro Granz from the Espada and assign him to you as an assistant. Regarding power enhancement, perhaps we should focus on the 'Resurrección' ability; Ulquiorra is the most proficient amongst the Espada in this area."
Resurrección refers to the Arrancar's released state.

Ulquiorra Cifer knelt on one knee, bowing respectfully. "Your Majesty, the construction of Las Noches is complete. The Espada are fulfilling their duties, and everything is stable."
Yusuke Uchiha nodded approvingly. "Excellent. Your efforts were invaluable."
Ulquiorra Cifer frowned. "However…"
"However?" Yusuke Uchiha asked.
Ulquiorra Cifer gritted his teeth. "However, my lord, I find myself with nothing to do. It feels like I've returned to the Menos Forest!"
