Seeing that Ning Fengzhi had been stored away, Gu Yue took the initiative to suggest.
Han Li nodded. Without any visible action, his mark seamlessly merged into the space Gu Yue had constructed.

When the two returned to the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, the previously chaotic soul beast groups had been disciplined by the top ranked beasts. Now, they stood in neat formation.
Not far away, Tian Meng was curled up, looking miserable as he watched the scene unfold. Why did all these guys have to come here?
"We should move them outside. This place isn't suitable for so many soul beasts to live in."
Though the sight was impressive, Han Li found it rather headache inducing. Some of these beasts were simply too large. Even though this was only a portion of them, the space was completely overcrowded.
Gu Yue nodded in agreement. Their ultimate destination was the outer regions anyway.
"Tian Meng, I'll leave this task to you. Lead them out and settle them in suitable locations."
Han Li turned to the cowering Tian Meng Iceworm, who was the only one available for the job since the Blue Silver King couldn't move.
"Me?"
Tian Meng stepped forward, bewildered, as various soul beasts looked at him with different expressions.
"Yes, you. Right now, you have the highest command authority here. If anyone refuses to obey, I give you permission to deal with them as you see fit."
Glancing at a few particularly restless looking soul beasts, Han Li swept his gaze over Gu Yue and Di Tian before extending his right hand.
With a simple motion, the waters of the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well condensed into a two toned longsword. Han Li tossed it to Tian Meng.
"You represent me. If they disobey, even the top tier beasts can be executed."
The blood red killing intent locked onto the most unruly among them Xiong Jun (Bear Lord). It was an obvious threat, even in front of Gu Yue.
Gu Yue and Di Tian watched silently, not offering any objections, which was their way of tacitly acknowledging his words.
"Understood, Master."
Tian Meng's eyes lit up as he clutched the dual colored sword Han Li had refined. He suddenly felt emboldened.
Under his command, the top ranked beasts began escorting their respective clans toward the outer regions. Everyone obediently followed.
Though they themselves were strong, their weaker kin still needed Tian Meng's ice aura to safely pass through the poisonous miasma. Even if some of them had lingering thoughts, they had no choice but to endure. Han Li trusted that Gu Yue and Di Tian would take appropriate measures after today.
"Alright, you can begin whenever you're ready. I'm fully prepared."
Han Li turned to Gu Yue, signaling that she could proceed.
"By the way, do you need to reveal your true form?"
As an afterthought, Han Li curiously added the question. He had never seen the Silver Dragon King's true form before. If possible, he wouldn't mind taking a look. Would it be beautiful?

"Alright, you may begin whenever you're ready."
Han Li nodded, then closed his eyes, his consciousness sinking into his spiritual domain. To be safe, he chose to give this his full focus.
Beside him, Gu Yue also closed her eyes. However, unlike Han Li, her body gradually lifted into the air as silver light radiated from her, and she stretched out both hands.
Di Tian stood nearby. Even within the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, his vigilance reached its peak.
Inside Han Li's mental space, countless strands of rule based energies shimmered before his eyes. He focused entirely on the movements within them.
A pair of massive silver dragon claws silently emerged, delicately adjusting a few of the rule strands.
With this subtle yet profound movement, a gentle yet vast aura began spreading across the continent, concentrating particularly on various soul beast forests and gathering spots.
Han Li ensured that no other rules were disrupted while observing the transmission of this energy. Within it, he saw an image of himself not a physical manifestation, but a projection conveyed through a form of soul beast communication.
Han Li nodded in satisfaction. An honest and trustworthy Silver Dragon King still easy to manipulate.
The process lasted for a full three minutes, and for three minutes, soul beasts across the continent were in turmoil. A lofty yet monotonous voice echoed in their minds, annoying the less intelligent ones yet etching itself deeply into their memories.
Inside his mental space, Han Li received real time feedback. Contrary to his expectations, the vast majority of faith energy came from the less intelligent soul beasts.
They were essentially brainwashed. While the purity of their faith was lower than that of humans who actively prayed, their sheer frequency made up for it.
For instance, after completing a hunt, their minds instinctively generated a response because the message Gu Yue transmitted to them was that all they acquired was granted to them.
So in this case, lack of intelligence became an advantage.
As for the more intelligent soul beasts, they were still contemplating the new cultivation technique Gu Yue had implanted in their minds and attempting to practice it. Since they had yet to experience significant changes, their faith responses were weaker.

Exiting his spiritual space, he saw Gu Yue's face paler than before. Already heavily injured, borrowing authority in her incomplete state was evidently a heavy burden, despite how composed she had seemed earlier.
Glancing at her, Han Li didn't hesitate. With a flick of his fingers, a large surge of faith energy and celestial spirit energy flowed into Gu Yue's body, nourishing both her physical form and soul.
"It didn't attract unwanted attention, and the results exceeded expectations. I suspect the subsequent feedback will be substantial."
Han Li's mood was excellent as he spoke.
While absorbing the soul beasts' faith, he noticed that his dear son had shifted slightly showing signs of awakening. Moreover, manipulating the rules had become significantly easier, as if his understanding of everything had deepened.
With the infusion of faith and celestial spirit energy, the pallor on Gu Yue's face faded rapidly, replaced by a faint flush. Her body visibly relaxed, and her eyes narrowed slightly, yet her lips remained tightly pressed together as if she were suppressing a sound.

After a long breath, Gu Yue finally spoke, her tone returning to its usual coolness, though her expression was noticeably less tense than before.
"You're welcome. It benefits me just as much."
Han Li smiled as he responded.
Di Tian remained silent, his head lowered. Though he didn't partake in their conversation, his clenched fists trembled slightly. His emotions were just as turbulent after years of hiding, he finally saw a glimmer of hope.
"The energy concentration in the world has increased again."
Gu Yue raised her right hand, summoning a sphere of colorless energy, as if contemplating something.
"Yeah."
Han Li squinted slightly. Naturally, he had noticed this long before she did his connection with the plane made him far more sensitive to such changes.
Moreover, he hadn't been idle during the process. While assisting Gu Yue in concealing the disturbance, he had also ensured that the most noticeable energy surge did not occur in the oceanic regions but was instead redistributed elsewhere.
"The energy here will continue to rise until it stabilizes at a certain threshold. Besides the celestial spirit energy I promised to convert for you, this place itself will also enhance your recovery. Try to restore yourself as soon as possible."

"Good."

Di Tian's eyes flickered with excitement as he watched Gu Yue return to her recovery space.
