Chapter 82: We are sisters
"…your what?" Seravax asked, wondering if his ears were working correctly.
Did he truly hear a mortal tell him, a divine being, to become his Divine Executioner?
That thought was so absurd that Seravax didn't even consider entertaining it. So the only explanation… was that he had misheard.
A weird thing — but more believable.
But Ethan didn't quite agree with him.
"My Divine Executioner. You won't regret it, believe me," Ethan said with a serious tone.
Something that completely baffled Seravax. How could a simple mortal be so sure of himself? Especially when talking to a god?
And that's when Seravax finally noticed something — or rather, his mind registered something he hadn't paid enough attention to… since the beginning, Ethan had never acted like how a mortal should act in front of a god.
