With the Immortal Eye reaching its advanced level, Ayr had unlocked the full potential of his abilities. Not only that, but both his Sage Body and his Fairy Eyes had now reached their absolute peak, allowing him to fully unleash the power of the Ten Tails. After years of cultivation, Ayr's strength had ascended to a level comparable to that of the Sage of Six Paths himself.

"Ding, congratulations to Host, you have won the special lottery number X1!" The familiar system notification rang in his mind. Every time Ayr's Sage Body or Fairy Eyes advanced, he received a special lottery number, and this time was no exception. "Use!" he commanded without hesitation. "Ding, congratulations to Host, you have received the Hokage Ninja World's enhanced version of Bingbaowan X5!"

The Bingbaowan, or Soldier Pills, originally from the Naruto world, were known for restoring chakra and stamina while temporarily increasing one's chakra limit—an essential resource for ninja troops in the early wars. However, the enhanced version Ayr had obtained was far more potent, capable of fully restoring both chakra and physical strength while functioning as a healing medicine. Pleased with the reward, Ayr noted its value for future battles, though the lottery's yield was not as extravagant as he had hoped. Still, he cared little for such bonuses now; his focus rested on the immense potential of his complete control over the Ten Tails and his new status as a true Sage of Six Paths.

He glanced over the military ration pills stored within his warehouse but quickly shifted his attention to the vast abilities granted by his Fairy Eyes. Now at their maximum level, he had unlocked nearly every hidden technique, but one particular ability stood out to him—the Rinne Tensei Technique. This legendary jutsu allowed its user to resurrect the dead, typically at the cost of their own life. However, Ayr quickly realized that his version differed greatly from the one known in the Naruto world.

"Ding, the system confirms: Host will not lose life using Rinne Tensei Technique. However, the number of people who can be resurrected is limited, and those resurrected can only survive in this world for a limited time." Ayr pondered the implications. In the original world, those revived through Rinne Tensei returned fully alive and whole, yet his version restricted both the number and the duration of resurrection. "How long will the revived live?" he asked calmly. "It could be anywhere from a few days to several months, or even years," the system replied. Ayr followed up, "What's the limit on the number of people who can be resurrected?" but received no immediate response. That silence told him the limitation was either extremely high—or unknown.

Curiosity overcame caution. He decided to test the technique by resurrecting someone and immediately thought of Gol D. Roger, the Pirate King. Yet he hesitated. Roger had perished from a terminal illness, and though his execution had been public, the disease that claimed his life would remain even if he were revived. Bringing him back only to watch him die again would be a waste of the technique. After brief reflection, Ayr discarded the idea.

"Aside from Roger, is there anyone else worthy of resurrection?" he mused, rubbing his chin. Then, a name flashed through his mind—Rocks D. Xebec. The infamous captain of the Rocks Pirates, whose ambition had once shaken the entire world, had long since died, but as long as his body remained intact, Ayr could use the Rinne Tensei Technique to bring him back. If resurrected, Rocks would not only become a formidable ally but also serve as an ideal test subject for observing how long a resurrection could last. Moreover, having Rocks by his side could yield immense strategic advantages for the future.

"Nagley," Ayr called, turning toward his loyal subordinate at the helm. "Yes, Mr. Ayr?" the man responded immediately. "I need you to contact your subordinates and have them locate John, Ochoku, Silver Axe, Linlin, Kaido, or anyone else from the former Rocks crew who might know the whereabouts of the Eternal Pointer to the Valley of the Gods." Ayr's decision was final—he would bring Rocks back from the dead using the Rinne Tensei Technique. However, there was one major obstacle: the Valley of the Gods, where Rocks' body had been buried, had long since sunk beneath the sea, and without the Eternal Pointer, the location was impossible to reach. Still, Ayr believed that someone among the old Rocks crew must have kept it after scavenging their ship following the crew's disbandment.

"Understood, Mr. Ayr," Nagley replied firmly, his tone unwavering as always. A man of absolute loyalty, Nagley had long served as Ayr's housekeeper and executor of all directives, never questioning an order. After sending the transmission, he added thoughtfully, "But, Mr. Ayr, isn't Shiki a former companion of yours? Shouldn't you ask him about the Eternal Pointer's location?" The suggestion was reasonable—after all, Shiki the Golden Lion had only recently left Loguetown and was still within reach.

"It's not necessary," Ayr said, shaking his head. "Shiki doesn't have the Eternal Pointer of the Valley of the Gods." He remembered clearly that when he, Shiki, and Whitebeard had looted treasures from the Rocks ship years ago, all three had seen the Eternal Pointer resting in the captain's cabin, but none of them had taken it. When they later returned, it had mysteriously vanished. Someone else had taken it long before, and Ayr had no interest in wasting time questioning Shiki.

"Understood," Nagley replied again, lowering his head respectfully. The order was clear. The plan to resurrect Rocks D. Xebec had begun to take shape—and deep in his heart, Ayr knew that once Rocks rose again, the entire world would tremble anew.
