The villains were still talking when suddenly, the door creaked open.
All of them turned quickly.
A tall man stepped in, wearing a black hood that covered most of his face.
His body was large, broad-shouldered, and wrapped in rusted armor pieces.
His boots were heavy, his presence strong.
He said nothing at first.
The room went silent.
Finally, the man spoke with a low voice.
"So… who are these new people causing all this trouble?"
The scar-faced man stood up slowly. "You mean the ones killing everyone?"
The man nodded once.
The thin man with twitchy fingers replied, "Yeah, we've heard the same name over and over…"
He looked around, then said it quietly, "The Heavenly Demon Sect."
The large hooded man tilted his head. "Heavenly Demon… never heard of them."
The woman sitting on the crate spoke next. "That's because they're new. But strong."
"Real strong," the big guy added.
"They wiped out a lot of groups."
"Took out some A-Rank villains. Even some A-Rank heroes."
