The following morning when Shantel arrived at her office, she saw a bouquet of roses waiting for her.
She sighed helplessly. What is this man up to?
She brought out her phone to call him to stop acting weird but before she could dial his number, a one-line message popped up.
"Hope you love the flowers I sent."
She douncle-checked to confirm it wasn't Richard.
"Who's this person?" She mumbled to herself.
No one has ever sent her flowers and that was why she'd assumed it was Richard. Who was so brazen and prepared to face public bashings for having anything to do with Shantel Hale?
She checked the flower to see if there was a note… as she'd heard those kind of things were usually accompanied by a note, but she found none.
She shrugged and sent for Ralph who showed up almost immediately.
"Who sent the flowers?" She asked after responding to his greetings.
A delivery guy brought it and said it was for you, but didn't disclose who the sender was. It should be on the note."
