Due to the high power of Origin and his deeds of stopping war, slaying mindless monsters, and protecting the people, some huge, powerful super kingdoms, like the Super Magic Empire that existed in the Light Novel during this time, began to fear Origin's power. They decided that if they continued to let things go like this, they would not be able to let their kingdom grow more powerful. And complete their goal, which is to conquer the entire world . Their king, Jahil, a cruel tyrant without proper intelligence but has high magic powers and magicules, is a High-Human—a race created by Twilight Valentine. Hence, he decided to do something drastic and foolish.
He captured many people, regardless of their age or gender, from his own kingdom and neighbouring kingdoms, amassing around two hundred thousand souls as a sacrifice. Then he ordered his best wizard in the kingdom to summon a daemon. The plan was simple: sacrifice the captured people to summon a powerful demon to enforce his will.
But what he did not expect was that the ritual would summon not just any daemon, but one of the Seven Primordial Daemons.
This being had arisen long ago, far back in the ages, before the creation of this world. He was born at the dawn of creation at the birth of the universe. His birth was a mere coincidence. Veldanava, the creator god, had created the Seven Seraphim Angels from the Great Holy Spirit of Light, and from the shadows were born the Seven Primordials—devil lords derived from the Great Holy Spirit of Darkness.
He was the first of them, the king who ruled the Underworld, the world of darkness. Since his birth, his power had been absolute, the embodiment of darkness. An arrogant king who could control demons at will. From his perspective, even his seven separate brothers and sisters of darkness were no more than family dependents.
Once, in a bid for supremacy, when two of the primordials teamed up to challenge him, he killed them with ease, without much effort. To him, it was child's play. Yet, after that one fight one fact became clear at that time: the Primordials were immortal. If they were crushed to the core, they would be resurrected in subordination to the victor. As mental organisms, they were subjugated to their opponents once defeated. With this discovery, the remaining four primordials fell into a stalemate.
No. There was one particular primordial, the Primordial Black Noir, who persistently troubled him, but his fate had been sealed once he was summoned to the Central World. Whether it was a coincidence that he was called to Earth or not… There was no way to confirm it now. What was true, however, was that this event would drastically change his fate.
Having been summoned, he looked around. He had spent all his existence in peace in the Underworld, without connection to the flow of time that passed on Earth. In a world he thought was just beginning, civilisation had already developed. Instantly, he understood he had been summoned. It was magic, a technique that rewrote the laws of the world. The power he had in the Underworld was limited; here, he could only exert the strength of a newborn Archdemon. Even so, it was enough, though inconvenient, to be without a body.
He wondered why this was happening, and soon understood. This was a semi-material world, not a realm of spiritual beings. In a space not filled with magicules, simply by existing consumed energy. He, who had no connection with the creator god, did not understand how the world had been transformed.
Very interesting, he thought.
However, he felt uncomfortable by the presence of someone screaming in front of him. No one would dare act so recklessly in front of him, the strongest in the Underworld. That was why he decided to tolerate it for a while. The wizard who had summoned him spoke very arrogantly. Using the First Language, the Magic Language, he spoke in words the primordial understood without effort.
He listened patiently and discovered the wizard was saying something remarkable. There were countries competing for supremacy: elves, dwarves, beastmen, vampires, and humans. Various races had emerged, vying for survival. The wizard, a High-Human of the kingdom that summoned him, arrogantly declared:
"You are now my servant. Follow my orders in accordance with the principles of the world."
The man's arrogance was almost laughable. His orders were to destroy the warring nations first, so the Super Magic Empire could unite the world and eliminate their ultimate enemy a man named Origin. It was trivially easy for him. The war, which had raged for a hundred years, came to an end upon his arrival. All he had to do was cast a single spell: Death Streak, a forbidden, soul-destroying nuclear magic.
The rampage of this spell transformed the largest nation, with over two million people, into a city of death. To him, this was natural and irrelevant. However, an unexpected change occurred: he realized he was awakening. By absorbing the souls of the countless dead, he had succeeded in incarnating using a million corpses.
Even the drowsiness he felt for the first time was pleasant. Fighting it became a source of delight. This event marked the birth of the world's first True Demon Lord.
As he gained power, he realised he had escaped the spell that bound him. It would have been trivial to destroy, yet it had shattered without his intervention. His awakening began when he had reaped about ten thousand souls. His race restrictions had been lifted; he had become a demon peer. Even with less than ten percent of his Underworld strength, he was now an unrivalled presence on Earth.
Curious, he wondered what would happen if he gathered more souls. Those who had thrown tasks at him should expect retribution. Returning to the first city, he killed everyone in sight, one by one, avoiding mass destruction to not involve the wizard directly. Each scream of the dying etched itself into his soul.
Giiyaaa!!
Screams like this. Hearing them, it felt like a pleasant sound to him, and a thought struck him. Yes… Perhaps that would be a good name for him.
And that was that. The transformation was complete. Guy had evolved further. He became a true Devil Lord, regaining all the power he had in the Underworld. The souls he acquired fueled him. His maximised vessel brimmed with power; his magicule reserves were fully restored. But the changes stopped there.
At that point, there was no need for Guy to work further. He summoned the two pillars (primordials) that followed him and commanded them:
"Wipe out the Super Magic Empire from the face of the Earth."
Feeling generous after awakening as a demon lord and claiming his name, even the wizard was deemed unworthy of torment and was erased from memory.
"H-How?! How did you escape my secret arts…?!"
But Guy paid no mind. It was the wizard's fortune to be destroyed without comprehension. On that day, the largest and most powerful nation in human history, caught in internal struggle, disappeared with ease.
The two pillars summoned by Guy, however, had deteriorated to the level of Archdemons. That was the law of this world. Crossing from the Underworld to the semi-material world caused a loss of most power. While spiritual life forms could move freely, maintaining existence in this world was draining. Only by incarnating and evolving could they take root here. Understanding this, Guy waited for his followers to evolve.
Strangely, no matter how many human souls he collected, the two of them never evolved. So he gave them the honour of incarnating a corpse. That act alone was proof of Guy's generosity and good mood. The two pillars were the Green Primordial named Vert and Blue Primordial named Bleu. Their forms were of two beautiful women.
Kneeling before him, they awaited their fates. Guy pondered their usefulness. There was no point in incarnating them if it did not lead to strengthening. They could handle miscellaneous tasks, but their power was too fragile. Yet, Guy decided to be generous and gave them names, remembering his own evolution had come with a name. Perhaps they, too, could evolve similarly.
"I will give you a name. My pride will not allow you to be weak while under my control."
To the Green Primordial, he gave the name Mizeri, derived from the mournful cries of the grieving and the misery of mankind. To the Blue Primordial, he gave the name Raine, for the rain of blood that happened today.
As he intended, the two evolved to demon peers. That was the beginning—the first day Guy and his followers left a mark on human history.
Origin, who had been resting in the Heavenly Palace, sensed a massive disappearance of life. A huge kingdom had been destroyed. According to his calculations, it seemed that the foolish, stupid race of High-Humans had summoned a Primordial Demon and perished in the process. Guy had indeed been summoned.
Origin became excited. From what he knew of the original Tensura Light Novel, Guy was an extraordinarily powerful being, mastering skills, magic, and fighting techniques to the peak with insane battle IQ. He was a menace with the title of the Lord of Darkness in the future. Even Feldway, in his true body, could not easily defeat him and was wary of Guy. Guy's unique skill had even allowed him to fight Velzard, who wielded an Ultimate Skill, to a draw—while holding back so as not to kill her. He had been a friend of Veldanava, serving as a mediator of the world to maintain balance.
Origin considered whether he should meet Guy in battle. No—he decided to wait. Surely, Sir Veldanava would sense A Primordial like Guy's appearance and go to him as in the novel. Origin thought he would follow. So he decided to wait till then and let Guy enjoy his days.
Days of fun and boredom followed. Guy wandered from place to place, enjoying this world. Minor annoyances did not trouble him. Mizeri and Raine were always with him, caring for him.
"You two can live your life as you wish," he told them.
Their answers were always the same:
"No. Our mission is to serve you."
"That's right. You are the king, and we are your servants. That is the eternal and immortal truth."
The three continued their journey. Mizeri and Raine summoned dependents and quietly built their sphere of influence—all to provide Guy with wealth, pleasures, and a luxurious life. Unlike the Underworld, where there was constant fighting to hone the soul, this world offered excitement. There was no stagnation, and civilisation continually developed. Cooking, music, performing arts, dance, and other pastimes kept Guy and his followers entertained in the world.
"Hey, isn't this fun?" Guy smiled, dancing at a festival in a minority village.
Faced with their lord's rare smile, Mizeri and Raine's joy peaked.
"How wonderful. I thought humans were fragile and pathetic, but now there is something useful," Mizeri said.
"Everything in this world is Guy-sama's property. A tool is only meaningful if used skillfully," Raine added.
In this way, the girls learned and adapted. Their experiences helped them become versatile attendants: cooking, cleaning, singing, dancing, and playing instruments. Their growth mirrored the lessons Guy had learned in the Underworld, where the weak were culled, and only the worthy served. Here in this world, even the weak had value.
'Once I understood that, it seemed a shame to destroy the world,' Guy thought.
"Humans are cute, aren't they? Stupid, but I don't hate it."
Some humans were foolish, others remarkable. Ugly emotions were disgusting, yet beautiful emotions were satisfying. For Guy and his followers, humans were a perfect mix of challenge and amusement.
At this time, Guy was kind to humans. He exterminated fearsome magic beasts that threatened settlements and destroyed the remnants of the Super Magic Empire. His deeds were praised and that will be passed down as myths and legends.
As Guy, Mizeri, and Raine continued their journey, they encountered the creator of this world, the supreme and most powerful being: Veldanava, the Star King Dragon. Guy had been enjoying his days of peace, but his senses remained alert. It was immediately clear who had appeared.
But behind Veldanava, Guy also saw a man with silver hair he gave off a very unique feeling like he could not sense his power or aura at all like a normal human. For now, he did not care. His focus was on the battle he longed to experience.
"If you're a real god, then show me your power!" Guy challenged.
Origin, having followed Veldanava, watched with amusement. Hearing Guy's challenge, he smiled and took a glass of wine and sat down at a high place, curious how long Guy could last.
Guy laughed fearlessly. He had never doubted his strength and challenged Veldanava as a matter of course. The result was instantaneous: a crushing defeat. Guy lay on the ground, pride shattered into a million pieces. By the law of defeat, he should now be Veldanava's servant. Yet his pride would not allow it.
"Kill me. I am satisfied. I now understand that there is a higher power in this world. There is no end to it, and I am part of an unbroken line of reason. O great being, I am proud to have lost to you."
Origin, observing, thought: Very prideful as expected of Guy.
Veldanava laughed bitterly.
"Little one. I love the existences I have created. This world, once boring, now grows richer. Wise beings have arisen and evolved to communicate with me. Now there is even a strong man like you, who can fight me to the level of battle."
Origin thought about what Veldanava said, lying with eyes open, as he muttered: Sir Veldanava, that's a lie. That wasn't a fight; it was one-sided battle.
"Ha, well said! My attacks didn't even touch you once, and yet you attacked me once. This is how I have become."
"Fufu, but didn't you still take it? No one can challenge me, yet you did. That alone pleases me."
"Well, let's keep it at that."
"Yeah, let's do that. By the way, I have a request."
"A request?"
A sense of satisfaction filled Guy, and he listened attentively.
"Yes. If this rate of growth continues, the world will be doomed in less than a few thousand years. Humans are fallible. Sometimes the right actions are not righteous, and evil actions can save the world. But this imperfection is what makes it lovely. It is not my intention to let the world fall."
'Help me prevent the world from falling apart,' Veldanava said.
It reminded Guy of the Super Magic Empire he had destroyed, foolishly fighting despite being of the same race, seduced by lust for power.
I see… that was ugly. If unchecked, the world might have been destroyed.
Guy was convinced, but one question remained:
"Your preconception is the same as mine, but I don't understand. You are the Creator. If you can shape the world as you wish, why rely on me?"
"Hahaha, I am not omniscient nor omnipotent. When I was born, all I had was will. The world was perfect, yet boring in its completeness. Observing all outcomes is dull, is it not?"
Origin said: Sir Veldanava, you just don't want to do your job properly.
Guy understood. Veldanava had voluntarily given up omniscience and omnipotence. And from the silver-haired man, Guy learned that Veldanava had no desire to micromanage his work.
Of course. Guy understood. It would be boring to only win battles you were certain to win. In the Underworld, every demon feared him—except one. Any challenge meant disappearance. Even when defeated by Veldanava, Guy felt no resentment. He genuinely respected the challenge.
"I don't hate this world, so I'm going to help you."
No hesitation. Guy also loved this world. Regardless of servitude, he would help willingly. Veldanava nodded happily.
"Thank you. I want you to act as my agent, a mediator, to watch over this world."
"A mediator? I don't need orders?" Guy asked.
"Of course. You are free. Roam as you wish, set up a base, reign. Let humans know threats exist, prevent pride from corrupting them."
Hearing the word "pride," Guy realized his role.
"Right. In that case, I'll reign as a Demon Lord, feared by mankind. If there is an absolute enemy, humans won't fight each other."
"That's interesting! I'll put you in uncomfortable positions, but I count on you."
"Leave it to me."
And that was that. Guy's heart form materialized, granting him the Unique Skill: Pride.
"As the Demon Lord, if mankind becomes prideful, I will judge them for you."
Guy's pride had been broken, his mind deepened. The demon lord was born, power rivalling a god. Veldanava laughed.
"How reliable. Let's keep working together, my friend!"
"Ah, I'm sure we'll have fun."
Thus, Guy and Veldanava recognised each other and shook hands, becoming friends on equal terms. Origin looked this said well done Sir Veldanava you have found a new person for passing on work as expected of you. Veldanava coughed slightly and said Origin, don't talk nonsense. Guy is perfect for this I am sure that you know of this. Origin looked at Sir Veldanava's sly look and understood, and said Yes, I know, Guy, who was watching this conversation between Veldanava and the silver-haired man, now understood that the silver-haired guy was Origin. The reason he was summoned was to kill him.
Guy then looked at Origin, clearly wanting to see how special he is so that I was summoned to kill, but as Guy looked at Origin, he felt nothing from Origin but this is what excited Guy the most, because this must mean that Origin is truly capable of masking his Haki and he must be very strong to do this so Guy wanted to fight Origin as he asked Hey Silver hair let's fight.
Origin, who heard this title of silver hair, felt his right eye twitch and said hey don't call me silver hair , I have a damn name called Origin, call me that, you demon. Guy, hearing this, said Okay, Origin, let's fight!.
