William Turner blurted out a sentence that made everyone present laugh, but Lily Turner and Alice Turner quickly stifled their laughter, simultaneously giving him a vexed glance.
"Brother-in-law! You're just like your second brother-in-law, both are money grubbers." Thomas Fisher watched the commotion gleefully and teased.
"Do you have a problem?"
Easton Holmes threw a cool glance at Thomas Fisher, then shifted his gaze to William Turner, "Brother-in-law! Don't mind that guy, there's nothing wrong with being a money grubber. It shows we're good men in the Gower Family. Wives will like it."
When he said the last sentence, he instinctively looked at his own wife.
This annoying man, her younger brother is still immature, yet he says such things to him.
Lily Turner glared at Easton Holmes, wanting to say something to him, but because of the people standing nearby, she forcibly swallowed her words.
