The Curse Bone Gate stood calmly in front of the mage, now closed. Just when Lynch thought he could return to his hometown, it mercilessly shut. The overlapping skulls on the gate seemed to face the Red Robed Mage with a crying expression, their slightly open mouths seemingly echoing with the eternal sound of lament.
The Abyss Demon looked down at the mage, maintaining his previous posture. This human was indeed very generous; the blue diamond he submitted could not be returned. Piffed knew how to win over the "customer's" heart. After a while, he said, "Perhaps you should try another portal; I can send you to other teleportation gates for free. However, those places aren't as safe as the Curse Bone Gate—after all, they don't have a kind Abyss Demon to manage them."
Lynch shook his head, looked up, and asked, "So, kind Refining Demon, I have a question. If the teleportation gate to my original world is impassable, how did I come here?"
