Mabel Quinn blushed awkwardly. When she and Kyle Kinston hooked their fingers, she felt a strong sense of guilt, as if she was deceiving a child.
After watching a few more episodes of the animation, she glanced at the time and saw it was almost noon, so she planned to check the kitchen for something to eat. However, he followed her like a little tail; wherever she went, he went.
"You have a fever now; you need to rest well. Be good, stay in the room, and I'll be back soon," she said to him.
But he replied, "I like following you, sister. I'll be good and won't make noise." His appearance seemed as if he feared she would insist he stay in the room.
