He didn't correct them, nor did he give away too much.

After a pause, he spoke. "I'm here to meet with the guild leader. It's urgent."

One of them finally said, "Oh… then come in. We'll inform the guild leader's secretary, and she'll come to take you."
With that, the barrier was gone. Isaac gestured for Alice to follow, and the two of them entered the guild building.
