In a TV studio, surrounded by holograms and real people sitting in the stand. There was two pink chair with two people sitting across from each other.
"I'm here with Mayor Alberta Quinn of Dellabonna city." The interviewer was named Paris.
"Thanks for having me,Paris." Alberta smiled. Paris cross her legs. "So as your term is almost over what will be your last moments?"
"I have been sponsoring Vortex Seed as they been growing more land around Dellabonna city but also curing death."
As the studio went silent and Paris chuckled at that statement. "You must be kidding right, Mayor?"
Alberta put her head down. "Yes I kid, but we are working on new medince."
Paris clapped her hands. "Yes very bonna of you." After the interview, the Mayor stepped outside with Runa wating outside the car for her.
"Ma'am ready to go home?" Runa asked. As the two stepped inside as she sat down, she slick her hair back.
"Tch! dumb brat curing death." Alberta undo her tie.
Runa pulled out a wine bottle. "Your mask is slipping."
"Shut it you." Alberta did a man spread. Runa poured the wine. "Understood."
Alberta looks at her, "How is everything going on your end?" Runa passes her the cup. "On time and plan the real Belladonna should wake up soon."
"Good." Alberta put a strawberry in her mouth, Runa got closer to her. "So wait for the game?" The mayor looked at her. "Yes but not too long." Runa looked a bite from the strawberry Alberta had.
Alberta finished the rest. "Understood Ma'am let's play chess." Alberta nodded. Back at the MoonFlower school, Susannah was fixing her hair when she saw her ends had turned a faded purple. Susannah push herself into Quinn's office. "Dad!"
Quinn push himself up. "Lil- did you dye your hair?"
"NO!" She cried as she clenched her hair tight to her face. Then Basil patted her head. "Oh baby doll it's time."
"Granddad?" She whispered. As the three went in her room, as Basil got out an old notebook. "The history of the Talons family and Una herself." Basil explained. Una was adopted by the Talons, her birth unknown and whereabouts unknown. She learned about her ability when she cut herself and vines came out.
"I understand but my hair."
"She is ready to talk to you, doll." Basil said. Quinn put his hands on Susannah's shoulders. "She needs to sleep." Quinn hasn't put her to sleep in forever. "Another sleep." He hold Susannah's hand, I mean of course it cold.
"What are you gonna take now, Quinn?" Basil chuckled. "Shut it, old man!" Quinn and Susannah yelled.
"So mean, it was a joke." He frowned. Susannah took a deep breath and closed her eyes, as the darkness took her as she was floating into nothing. Until someone flicks her forehead.
"Oww!" Susannah rub her forehead. "You're alive, Hello." A young girl waves at her. She had purple hair that touched the back of her knees with a braid that touched her shoulder and hoop braid that was in the back. Her eyes were dark green almost like the Belladonna. Susannah sat up. "Hello." She looks around to see only a friend of sunflowers. "Oh bonna I'm in a deep sleep."
"Yes and No but I look into your memory." She helped her up.
"You must be Una?"
"Yes, it has been awhile since I talked to one of you."
Susannah hug herself. "It must be lonely." Una wave her hand. "Whatever, anyway it's time to talk about the past!" She cheered. "You move on fast." Susannah chuckled.
Una talks about the aftermath of her powers and how she just wanted to help but-
"I hate humans." Una pick a sunflower. "Really?" Susannah tilt her head.
"Yes so, Susannah do you want to help me destroy this city and work our way up to the Gods or get rid of the Belladonna completely?" Una passed her the sunflower she picked. "I want to get rid of the Belladonna." Susannah stood up. Una smiled and walked up to her.
Una places her hand on Susannah's chest then reaches inside, as Susannah coughs up some blood. "You will see my side until then I will give you a little bit of my power." Una reaches in more. Susannah grab her arm. "Una....?" She closed her eyes.
"Holy Bonna!" Susannah gasped, sitting up. Quinn and Basil stared at her. "Lily?" Quinn went to reach for her but put his hand down.
"Doll?" Basil touch her cheek. "What is wrong?" She asked but to be scared to know the answer. To the Mayor's home that is covered in white and silver.
As Runa and Alberta were playing chess. "You have a few moves left." Runa cheered. Alberta covered her mouth and coughed, once she was done she looked at her hand that was covered in blood. "And a few months." Runa smiled.
"You're enjoying this?" Alberta glared at her. "I'm gonna be upset if you or Susannah go down." Runa pouted.
Alberta move her pawn. "I didn't keep you alive for you to see it as a game."
Runa moved her knight. "You wanted someone honest by your side that was the deal."
"Tch!" Alberta remove Runa's knight. Runa picks up her king. "Why do you want her to break?"
Alberta move her bishop. "So I can see her." She move another piece. "Una."
Runa remove Alberta's knight. "Really now?"
Alberta crossed her legs. "The year was 3983 I went on a vacation with my family, my little brother was enjoying the window view, then a elder lady step in front of the car."
"It was my Mother, she talked to Una like Susannah did and after that she went missing and when she finally found there was a car crash." Basil explain.
"I covered my brother with my body but I got most of the damage then she appeared when a pretty older woman came toward me and laughed in my face!" Alberta bit her lip until it bleed.
"Mother hair turns purple as well as her eyes turn green." Basil sighed.
"And once she wakes up I will-"
"She started talking to herself." Basil cross his arms.
"I understand but did you really have to give Quinn a gun?" Runa sighed.
"Yes cause Jericho is my kill, and checkmate." Alberta smiled.
"I almost died." Runa smirked.
"You're still here." Alberta said.
Quinn punched the wall that was beside Basil. "You knew!" Basil put his head down. "Yes."
"And you cover it up!" Quinn barked.
Alberta pass Runa an old hologram news. "3983 a family of four drove for their vacation when the father was trying not to hit a deer but only two kids live."
"I thought my sister was crazy!" Quinn shouted.
"My own brother couldn't believe me." Alberta chuckled.
"Quinn-" Basil reach for him but he slapped his hand away.
"Shut up! What's gonna happen to her?!" He pointed at Susannah's door.
"She's gonna be unstable for a while." Basil sighed. "Good I will keep an eye on her." Quinn said.
"You mean us right?" Basil asked. Quinn scoffed. "After what you did?!"
"She my granddaughter, Quinn!"
"Yeah you just adopt me so you didn't want to feel guilty!"
"Oh I don't feel guilty, I would do something like that in a heartbeat."
"You-"
"Don't start with the name calling, you and me have so much blood on our hands."
"That explains why you never weep for your own son."
"My first son was a fool who I tried to warn and I hope my second son isn't as foolish." Basil walk away. Susannah was listen though her door.
"Cloning the Belladonna is no help now, so we break Susannah, get Una then her heart." Alberta slapped the chess pieces on the ground as the black queen roll to Runa's heel.
"Would it not be better to get the heart first?" Runa picks up the Queen. Alberta gripped Runa's neck. "No I want Una's heart."
Runa caress Alberta's cheek. "Understood."
Susannah's room*
Susannah touched her hair that was now a dark purple as she touched her face, that burn scar on her face is now a faded tone cause to her skin and even her eyes turn green, even the one she was blind out of. She can now see clearly.
"Wow." Susannah touch her face. Una was behind her. "Wow indeed, you like the new look?"
"I can see out of that eye again." Susannah sighed. "I feel lighter."
"Lighter you say?" Una sat on the bath tub.
"Almost free I don't know how to say this." Susannah put her head down. Una grab a lock of Susannah's hair. "Your hair seem longer now."
"Yeah I might trim the ends."
"How about a new look?"
"Really?"
Una poke at the scissors. "Yes, long hair doesn't really suit you anymore." Susannah grab some of her hair and start cutting.
