Brandon let out a slow breath, and a small smile curved at the corner of his lips.
The two girls he had just defeated were still on the ground, propped on their elbows while panting heavily.
Brandon extended a hand to the first girl without hesitation.
"Good fight,"
She blinked, then laughed under her breath before taking it. "You're ridiculous," she muttered, but there was no bitterness in it as he pulled her smoothly to her feet.
He offered the same hand to the second, steadying her when she swayed, making sure both were upright before stepping back.
They exchanged a glance, then gave him shallow bows.
After that, he stepped out of the arena with the cheering crowd behind him.
Elena quickly followed him and hopped onto his back with a laugh "Brandon, another win."
