Looking at the holographic image of Eldora, Charlotte replied "I have already said it in the first tribunal... the one that happened when Brandon awakened his ether."
"If anyone wants to kill him… then you will have to step over my corpse first. It was a warning to all of you."
The representatives shifted uncomfortably in their holograms, hearing her sharp tone.
"And Maevrith still dared to try to kill him," Charlotte continued, her green eyes narrowing. "So I had to act first."
The woman from the Lionhearts faction leaned forward in her panel, "But why would you destroy the facilities with the military?"
"You're using your power for your selfish desires. This isn't justice... it's vengeance. You've overstepped, Fleurdys. The Lionhearts will not stand for this abuse of authority!"
Charlotte turned her gaze to the Lionhearts' screen, "That day, you all decided that Brandon should not be killed by any of you."
