"What did you bring this piece of trash here for?" Vegeta stood beside Lin Qi, eyeing Mr. Satan—who had dropped to the ground in fright the moment Majin Buu showed up—and asked with a frown.
He thought Lin Qi wanted him to go find someone powerful to join the fight... and instead, it's this guy with such pitiful combat strength?

"Don't ask. Just watch the show!" Lin Qi smirked wickedly, then turned to speak to the now-standing Satan.

"Come on, let's play..." Buu bounced excitedly, waving eagerly at Satan.
Cold sweat poured down Satan's forehead. As the saying goes, "You won't cry until you see the coffin." For the sake of his reputation—even with everyone gone—he had to at least try to take Buu down.
"Don't be scared by these weirdos... Satan, you're the strongest!"

"No need. That weak force wasn't even enough to tickle. Now take me to go play..." Buu urged, getting impatient.
"O-okay!" Seeing Buu grow irritable, Satan quickly fished a piece of chocolate from his clothes. "A small token of goodwill..."
"Looks like I'll just eat you first, then go find that guy from before!" Buu had completely lost patience, his gaze growing more intense by the second.
On the mountain peak, Vegeta frowned, puzzled. "You really want an ordinary human to handle Majin Buu? With that poisoned chocolate or whatever?"
"This stuff might at most give us diarrhea..."
"Relax. That guy can handle Buu!" Lin Qi said confidently.
Though Satan lacked combat strength, as someone who survived from the start all the way to the end—even in the GT timeline—without dying even once...
There's no way he's just an ordinary person!
"They've flown off..." Vegeta said in a cold tone, pointing at Buu and Satan flying away. "You're just letting him go like that?"
"Yep... no need to worry about him. Let's go check in on Gohan."
After all, Satan only had so many tricks, but it was enough to stall Buu for a bit.
And if other Earthlings got killed by Buu... well, they'd just gather the Dragon Balls and wish them back! Humans were used to it by now.

After a few brief words, Goku turned to the sword in Gohan's hands, his interest clearly piqued.

Gohan managed to seize the moment, having Goku break the Z Sword. Then, as he turned around, he saw a shriveled old man.
Noticing the unfamiliar face—dressed in Supreme Kai attire—Shin walked over in confusion and asked, "Um... who might you be?"
The old man gave a slight smile, clasped his hands behind his back, and proudly announced, "Me? I'm the Supreme Kai from 15 generations ago!"
