Chapter 54 - Chapter 54. Oh No!

Chapter 54. Oh No!

So hot.

So stifling.

It's hard to breathe…

On another morning, as he was about to wake, Xander suddenly began to struggle slightly from discomfort.

Soon, he found fresh air, and his brows relaxed at once.

"Mm…"

Feeling the softness still pressed to his cheek, Xander nuzzled lightly.

At his ear came a cute little yelp, and then two slender fingers pinched his face and tugged gently.

Xander didn't mind, and instead burrowed in deeper, breathing in a sweet, milky fragrance.

But as his consciousness cleared, he noticed something was off.

Wait, since when did Seele get this big?

Haven't they only been here for two days?

Even with a genetic mutation, you couldn't grow this fast in two days, right?

His heart sank, and he slowly opened his eyes.

Unprepared, he met a pair of dazzling pink eyes.

In the bright morning light through the window, they shone as beautifully as crystal.

"Elysia-sis…"

"Mm-hmm?~"

A flawless smile blossomed on her sweet face.

Elysia winked at him adorably, her voice bright with excitement and playfulness:

"A new day—would you like to have a wonderful rendezvous with Elysia-sis?"

By now, Xander had figured out the situation.

It was indeed still his room—there was just an inexplicable Elysia added to the bed.

She was wearing a pale pink long dress, holding him gently and smiling at him.

What had just smothered him and made it hard to breathe ought to have been those about-to-spill, full, wicked things.

That's perfectly normal… like hell it is!!

"How did you get in?"

"Honestly, you should answer a cute girl's question properly."

Pouting in displeasure, Elysia produced a bunch of keys.

"Ta-da-da-da! Naturally, it's the heartfelt sponsorship of the beautiful and kind Cocolia-sis~"

A smug smile spread across her face, and she said proudly:

"Heh-heh, and then Secret-Agent Miss Pink Elf slipped in without anyone noticing!"

"Well? Impressive, right~"

"Yes, yes, yes—Elysia-sis, you're the best."

Xander sighed inwardly.

He hadn't expected his own mom to betray him.

"Still brushing me off? Xander, aren't you happy to see me?"

Unhappy with his attitude, Elysia puffed her cheeks and pinched his face again.

"I'm happy, sure.

But I still hope you'll be a bit more normal next time you come.

Doing this is really bad for someone's heart, and besides…"

Xander paused, then said seriously:

"If I notice someone creeping up in the middle of the night and reflexively counterattack and hurt you, Elysia-sis, that would be bad."

"Yaa~ Xander is worried about me?

I'm so happy~"

He had planned to make the mood serious, but Elysia's reply shattered it at once.

"Elysia-sis, I—forget it.

As long as you're happy."

Giving up on pursuing the point, Xander noticed the bright world outside the window and said to Elysia:

"It's not early anymore—let's get up first."

"Getting up is fine too."

Saying so, Elysia suddenly put on a wronged expression:

"But because a naughty boy ignored Miss Pink Elf for a whole entire day~, Miss Pink Elf is now so sad she can't move~"

"Didn't I already explain the reason?

And when I called you, you also…"

He looked at Elysia, a bit headache-ridden, but that pitifully cute look filled Xander with guilt.

If her fans saw this scene, they'd probably want to tear him apart.

Elysia said nothing, just hugged him tighter.

The stubborn look in her eyes seemed on the verge of spilling into tears.

At that, Xander could only hurry to coax her:

"Sorry, sorry—it's my fault.

If you have any wish, Elysia-sis, just say it and I'll try my best to fulfill it!"

"Really?"

Elysia sniffled.

The nasal sob in her voice even made Xander feel as if he really had made a huge mistake.

"Really, really.

Whatever you say, Elysia-sis, I'll agree."

No sooner had he finished than Xander sensed something wrong.

Just as he was about to backpedal, Elysia's expression lit up, and she excitedly cut him off:

"You said it yourself, Xander!"

Crap—he'd been set up!

"Uh, can I take it back?"

"Heh-heh, too late!"

Elysia giggled cutely.

Those lively eyes made Xander feel all ill at ease.

He could only hope it wouldn't be an excessive demand.

"In that case, then I'll have you…"

Xander held his breath and fearfully pressed his face to Elysia's chest.

"Call me Elysia-sis like before!"

"No way, I think… huh, that's it?"

"Mm-hmm~ What else?"

A gentle smile came to Elysia's face.

She tapped the head buried against her chest with her chin and said softly:

"Did you think I'd make you do something difficult, Xander?"

"Sorry, Elysia-sis…"

"No need.

Go on and say it—I'm really looking forward to it~"

Head lowered, Elysia's eyes sparkled, awaiting the words about to be spoken.

"Th-then… Elysia-sis?"

"No, no—the voice needs to be younger, and it can't be a question!"

"Elysia-sis~"

"Too soft.

Again!"

"Elysia-sis!"

"Too loud.

Make it normal—and it'd be best if it sounded a bit spoiled, like you're acting cute."

He didn't know how many times it took.

By the time Xander was nearly getting PTSD from those few words, Elysia was finally satisfied.

But Xander still couldn't get up for a while, because Elysia had fallen into a rather strange state.

She didn't speak—just giggled foolishly, hugged him hard, and rubbed against him.

To be honest, Xander felt this was a bit like that "clingy…" thing—but he didn't dare say it.

Still, Elysia's body, fuller and more mature than Seele's, gave Xander an excellent sensation.

With their bodies pressed tight, his racing heartbeat never did slow.

Just then, the door opened.

Smiling happily, Kiana stuck her head in and called into the room:

"Xander, get up for break…fast…"

Seeing the two hugging and rubbing against each other, Kiana's excited expression slowly froze, and her body, like a puppet, mechanically closed the door.

Then she looked at the room door.

No mistake—it was Xander's room.

Had she woken up muddle-headed?

Scratching her head, Kiana opened the door again.

This time, Elysia had already turned around.

With one arm around Xander, she waved cheerfully at Kiana with the other:

"Hi, good morning?~"

Bang!

Kiana slammed the door shut, eyes rattled, back against it as she panted.

Then she dashed downstairs and shouted to Seele and Bronya in the dining room:

"Seele, Bronya—oh no!

Xander got snatched by some woman we don't know!!!"

Clatter.

The cup in Seele's hand fell to the floor.
