The Void was the barrier beyond all worlds. Trying to enter it directly in order to reach another world was nearly impossible. The Void's power welcomed nothing and no one.
Its very nature—where "anything" becomes nothing—made even brushing against its fragile outer layer a nightmare.
In their memory, only two methods had ever worked for traveling between worlds. The first was the use of Otherworldly Marks from the Reverend Insanity world. The marks etched onto his soul had once allowed him to leave Earth and be reborn here.
The second method relied on the Mysterious System possessed by the original Renzo.
There was also a hidden third path: becoming so overwhelmingly powerful that the Void itself could no longer touch you. But right now, none of the Renzos could manage that. Even the Original, with his system, had been unable to travel freely—he could only abandon his body and most of his power in order to reach another world if he wanted to.
So when Aizen said he would focus on dimensional travel—not blindly entering the Void—he meant using the Otherworldly Marks that every Renzo had on his soul and the coordinates of worlds they already knew.
All the Renzos nodded in agreement.
"Better to focus on developing dimensional travel."
Uchiha Renzo nodded. "I've also been digging into the Source of the Ryūmyaku plus the Ōtsutsuki clan's abilities. Honestly, the progress hasn't been bad."
"Nice." Aizen smiled. "Maybe it's time for us to start our plan, then."
"Ever since we got that information from the System, we already know what to do."
Reverend Renzo scoffed. "Good thing you got it, or I'd have been imprisoned for the rest of my damned life."
At that, the others smiled. They remembered the meeting—when Uchiha, Aizen, and Eevee revealed that there were other Mental Spaces. And luckily, because theirs was the first Mental Space, they were the closest to the core, where the Original's body and his System rested.
They couldn't enter that forbidden space—the Original had sealed it too well. But as "Renzos," they were still able to connect to the System, extract fragments of information, and piece together the plan.
The truth was staggering: the Original had created 36 Mental Spaces, each one housing 36 Renzos.
His scheme was to seed a Renzo who believed himself the Original, forcing conflict—Renzos turning on each other. And once the fighting grew severe enough, once they truly tried to kill one another, the fusion process would begin under the System's control.
When Reverend learned the truth, his rage was such that he'd have killed the Original even if it meant dying himself.
And once the other learned the truth, they knew their next step. They would use Fantasy Creation to create bodies within the Mental Space, then exploit that power to roam the Reverend Insanity world itself.
Even though they were only using their connection to the Mental Space to control the bodies, it would still serve its purpose
After all, there were too many paths for Reverend Renzo alone—hundreds of years wouldn't be enough for a single person to master them all.
But if all the Renzos worked together, the process would accelerate. Then, eventually, they could break into the place where the Original's body was sealed.
After all, the Original Renzo only borrowed power from Reverend Insanity. If they fully mastered its paths, combined with their faint affinity to the System, they could invade the forbidden space and finally kill the Original.
And after that—whether by reaching Rank 10, using the Otherworldly marks, or using the System—they could travel to any world they wanted.
"Maybe in a few months we will have real results. Who knows—by then, we might even be able to visit each other's worlds." Uchiha's eyes lit up.
Aizen shook his head. "Don't get your hopes too high. Our worlds aren't necessarily close to one another. More likely, they're scattered far apart."
After all, there were countless worlds out there—TV shows, novels, anime, movies, and more. What were the chances they'd all line up neatly?
"Fair point."
Uchiha Renzo shrugged. He'd just been joking anyway.
"Just being able to cross into other worlds at all means more opportunities and growth. That's already great news." Hermione chimed in with a smile.
"Exactly." Mikasa nodded.
"Speaking of which, Mikasa, how's your side of things? Still planning to be with Eren all your life?" Hermione asked with a sly smile that made Mikasa blush.
Mikasa had actually chosen not to keep her memories of Renzo from her past life—she wanted a fresh start. So now, aside from her memories of anime, she was simply Mikasa.
And so, her love for Eren didn't change. She just loved how he was ready to do anything for her, for his people.
They kept chatting like that for over an hour before finally dispersing.
