Noah didn't delay addressing Harry's issue for too long. Although his skills in this area were admittedly average, he still decided to give it a try.
Of course, before taking action, he ran some simulations within the system space.
As it turned out, the problem wasn't entirely his fault. There were actually three souls of Nagini hiding inside the snake's body. Since Noah's expertise in this area was limited, it led to a rather unusual situation.
When he simulated casting the spell on Harry in the system space, the results were unexpectedly smooth.
Essentially, Noah ejected two of the souls, destroyed the weaker one, and reinserted the stronger one. That was it—the problem was resolved.
It had to be said, Voldemort was quite unlucky. He never imagined a fragment of his soul resided inside Harry.
More importantly, that particular soul fragment was incredibly weak.
Because it had been unintentionally placed there, after more than a decade in Harry's body, it was no different than a newborn—fragile and undeveloped.
Noah didn't need to "analyze carefully" or "perform with extreme control." All he had to do was destroy the weakest soul fragment, and that was it.
Even Noah himself was surprised at how simple it turned out. He had mentally prepared for a hellish challenge, only to discover it was like strolling through a beginner's tutorial.
"Forget it. The simpler, the better—less trouble," he thought.
With that mindset, Noah resolved Harry's issue just two days later.
To be honest, when Harry saw what came out of his body, he was utterly confused—especially when he saw the small soul standing next to him. It frightened him.
But upon noticing that the soul looked like a grotesque, infantile version of Voldemort, he dared not say a word.
Everything went smoothly—so smoothly that even Dumbledore was a little suspicious.
Once Harry's problem was handled, Noah focused on the final exam preparations.
Though the exams were no real challenge for him—it was as easy as playing make-believe—he still cherished the time.
In the blink of an eye, his three years at Hogwarts had passed.
Looking back, Noah found it all quite interesting.
Everything he had done, everything he had planned, was unfolding as expected. He had no doubt that when he returned to the British magical world again, it would be something extraordinary.
"Now I just need to spend more time with my friends… and deal with this snake beauty," he thought.
Spending time with his friends was a priority. His roommates had been nothing but good to him—they were his first real friends.
Although he formed close bonds afterward as well, nothing quite matched what he had with Evan, Kate, and Lance.
In the Room of Requirement, Noah's most frequent words were:
"You all have to keep working hard. I'll be waiting for you at Kamar-Taj."
Naturally, his friends reassured him: "Absolutely. We'll be there!" Not just them—the entire Mage Alliance shared that goal.
Everyone was working hard… except the snake beauty Noah had rescued.
To be honest, Noah wasn't sure if she would ever wake up. It had been half a month since her rescue, and she remained in a deep sleep.
He had no better solution, so he kept her in his dormitory.
Their dorm was spacious, with a living room and private bathrooms. So, Noah simply laid Nagini on the couch.
Naturally, Evan and the others were curious, but Noah only said, "She was rescued from the Death Eaters." That explanation was enough to silence them.
Given the Death Eaters' infamy, Evan and his friends could only pity the woman, who—thanks to face blindness—looked vaguely like Cho Chang.
Oddly enough, her condition seemed to improve. Her skin looked healthier, and her face took on a rosier hue—despite having eaten nothing.
Most importantly, she seemed semi-conscious. Occasionally, her fingers would twitch.
"At least she's not a corpse… I hope you wake up soon. Otherwise, I'm leaving you at Hogwarts," Noah muttered with a sigh.
He could genuinely see himself doing that.
He couldn't exactly bring a woman who could transform into a snake back to the orphanage in Westminster.
What if she woke up and bit the kids? That would make Noah a murderer!
Fortunately, after he completed all his finals and turned in his papers early, Noah returned to the dorm and discovered that the snake woman he had planned to "abandon" had finally woken up.
Though… their first meeting didn't go smoothly.
Nagini, unaware of her surroundings, panicked. Noah was forced to use magic.
"Are you calm now?" Noah asked, wand still raised, looking at the woman frozen mid-lunge.
"Who are you? Where am I?" Nagini asked, confusion in her eyes—though Noah's school robes seemed familiar.
"This is Hogwarts. Professor Dumbledore said you've been here before," Noah replied, sighing.
"He said your name is Nagini, right?"
Nagini nodded. At the mention of Hogwarts, her eyes brightened—clearly, it sparked memories.
Looking at Noah again, she began to feel a sense of familiarity.
"What happened to me? I remember… I had already… I think I saw a snake and someone else… What did you do to me?"
"Technically, it was an accident. After you transformed into a snake, you became the subordinate of an evil guy. He turned you into a Horcrux—he embedded his soul in the snake you became, in case of resurrection failure."
"Did you… remove him and the snake?"
"Something like that. I kind of used you for an experiment."
Noah wasn't trying to be charming or diplomatic. He explained things as they were—blunt and honest.
"So… am I free from the curse now?" Nagini asked, trying to glance down at her body—only to realize she couldn't move.
Noticing this, Noah casually lifted the immobilization spell.
Although a warning might have been smarter, he didn't really care. If she tried anything, he wouldn't hesitate to act.
Luckily, Nagini had no ill intent. She was simply confused.
After becoming Voldemort's pet, her human consciousness had gone dormant. She had no idea what had happened since—nor did she even know what year it was.
Seeing Noah appear out of nowhere had prompted her to lash out instinctively, in self-defense.
Unfortunately for her, Noah wasn't ordinary. He was a powerful magician.
After examining herself carefully, Nagini asked what year it was.
She was shocked to hear it was the 1990s.
The only people she still remembered were Dumbledore—and Grindelwald, who was imprisoned by him.
Learning this, Nagini didn't know whether to feel relieved or mournful.
On the bright side, the curse seemed gone. She no longer felt like something else lived inside her, trying to seize control.
On the downside, everything had changed. Most of the people she knew were likely dead.
"Maybe it's a blessing to say goodbye to the past. At least you're free now, right?" Noah offered, unsure what else to say.
"Maybe… At least I'm no longer a cursed beast," Nagini murmured, then looked up at him.
"But I still need to stabilize my body. I feel… off. So, what now? Did Professor Dumbledore leave any instructions?"
"He said you're to follow me… not that I know why," Noah said, shrugging.
"Honestly, I wish someone had given me a full manual before reincarnating. I know nothing!"
"Alright, I understand."
"Wait—this isn't an order. You can choose. If you'd rather stay at Hogwarts, I'll let Dumbledore know."
"No, I'll do as he says. But… you won't be staying at Hogwarts?"
"Right. This was my final year—I've graduated."
Noah hoped she'd stay behind, but unfortunately, Nagini seemed more interested in the fact that he was leaving.
She rejected the idea of staying behind without hesitation.
"But I can't take you everywhere I go! Especially not a beautiful woman like you—it'll cause all kinds of problems!" Noah said, visibly troubled.
"That's not an issue. I told you, my body still needs time. I can transform into a snake—it's not hard. But… there's one condition."
"What condition?"
Noah scratched his head, confused. Why was she so eager to leave with him? Was it because seeing Dumbledore reminded her she was from another time?
Or maybe… Dumbledore's brother?
Nagini's eyes grew serious.
"The condition is… you have to trust me."
