With the support of the Port Authority, the Changhang Bureau Binjiang Port and Gaoru Port Fire Supervision Stations were established, and the Binjiang Port fire management regulations, formulated with reference to the East Sea Port's internal fire control policies, were successfully implemented.
From front-line workers to group leaders, from dock managers to directors responsible for safety production, and up to the Port Authority leaders in charge of safety production, all are required to sign a responsibility statement under the Binjiang Port fire management regulations, followed by organizing training.
