Franca, Brignais and Christo has been adventuring for a long time, they were formerly just a ruin scavenger but accidentally, they discovered the world secret that no one knows, the Gods is already dead. Knowing this information, they never despair nor sadden, instead they felt hope and joy. Gods died means a treasure and riches to seek! With a determination to get benefits from the Gods corpses, the three continue their adventure that was supposed to end a long, long time ago. Today is just their any other day, Franca after seducing some men in a dark alley received an information that there's a strange cave in the west-near-border of Calpitia town and so they plan to enter that very cave today in hope that they can get lucky and finally see the treasure of Gods. The three was walking in a middle of dried soil with the scorching heat of sun rays hitting their whole body. Franca who is in a better state than the other two pantingly look at her teammates. Christo who's always been wrapped in black clothes from head to toe which is now full of money inside from swindling some town folks, shudder at the piercing gaze of Franca meanwhile Brignais who's every part of his body was covered in weapons and equipment that he illegally smuggled just shrug her gaze and ignore her. Seeing the miserable situation of the two only ignite her agitation, she couldn't help but pour her anger to the two.
"WHY DOES NO ONE EVEN THINK OF BRINGING A WATER?! YOU GODDAMN USELESS PEICES OF SHIT!" Franca shouted. Christo shiver more after hearing Franca's shout.
"S-s~sorry" Christo stuttered reply
"Tutt" hearing Brignais reaction, Franca can't help but raise an eyebrow on him.
"Whose the idiot who's stuck in a dick till morning?" Brignais said.
Franca can't help but blush at Brignais comment.
"You! YOU!! I do that to gain information about that damn cave!" Franca argue back.
"Did gain some information?" Brignais ask.
"NO! THEY JUST WANTED MY SEXY BODY!" Franca answered which makes Brignais smirk.
Franca about to argue more but all of them notice a cave that was not there earlier. This cave looks alive and shallowing everything to nothingness for what ever enters it. This put Franca in good mood and she and Brignais casually walks towards it.
"W-won't you change your mind? That looks dangerous." Christo said while holding Brignais clothes.
"Danger means treasure my dear" Brignais said.
"Who would say no to treasure?" Franca comment.
And so Christo has no choice but to follow them, the three enters it. At first, all they could see is complete darkness until a blinding light suddenly shows. Next thing they know is they are standing in an infinite white with no sense of space. A beautiful man appears though they don't know if he's near or far. It smiles and disappear, a symbol of shield with sword and wings at it's back replace it. After that they immediately feels an intense pain on their brain like it's getting eaten by a thousand ant. With who knows how much time passed they slowly regaining consciousness. Due to luck and their body's experience to constantly in near-death, they somehow survive. They learn that their world was about to face an apocalypse, only one thing can save them the Gods book Grimoire. They slowly woke up and see that the abnormal cave was gone, besides them were 5 books related to Outer God and The Grimoire and a map that pinpoint the books were about. They look around and see many bodies, it looks like they all collapse at the same time. Brignais get up to check this bodies, Christo holds Franca and scared. Brignais tells them that despite lacking any injuries or signs that causes them to die, they are clearly dead. They think those are the victim of forceful integration of knowledge and died as it's such a heavy burden for the brain. The three look at each other and can't help but sigh by the sudden heavy duty they needed to fulfill.
After Franca's and Brignais effort they finally collected all the corpses and returns it to the villagers which in return they receive a small compensation for solving the cave case and get free ride to the next town which is pretty far. The three journey to the east of the continent where the valley of death located. Along the way, their money was constantly depleted, Brignais likes to buy random things, Franca likes to buy a lot of clothes which she didn't wear. This causes for Christo to constantly swindler someone and Franca to use her body to gain money. This causes for the 3 to be constantly caught and jailed for smuggling and fraud, Franca constantly seduce the soldiers so that they can be released. Franca sometimes seduce someone to get a free ride. After 3 months of journey — which was supposed to take only month — they arrived at their destination. The Valley of Death was always in nighttime, everything is dead with only monsters as a sign of life and it's always been overrun by pack of monsters. There's still no record of someone surviving after entering this piece of land. Christo who's unnaturally small hide behind Franca while shivering at the sight he see. Brignais started to look some explosive weapon among the things he brings when Franca suddenly kick him off the cliff. Due to his natural strong body strength, he survive the landing. All the monster on the vicinity turn their attention to him and starts attacking him, luckily his equipments and weapon serves him as a shield.
"See, he's a great tank for us" Franca said.
"W-wouldn't we supposed to save him?" Christo ask.
"Why? You wanted to join him?" Franca replied while one of her eyebrows raised.
"N-no" Christo cowardly answered. Franca smirk
"Let's go and go down" Franca while slowly walking down the cliff.
Christo chased after Franca, together they take their time going down. By the time they arrive at Brignais location, the monsters are about to infiltrate Brignais defense. Franca immediately uses her charm and all the monsters stopped, look at her with salivate at her body. Christo didn't miss the chance, he suddenly gone berserk and quickly kill every monsters on sight and this gives the group some breather, Brignais whose magic is only related to equipments use his magic to quickly repairs his equipments and glare at Franca. Christo who is in a berserk mode instinctively eats the monsters corpses, when satiated he returns to normal. Christo has a fear of blood, seeing that he is drenched in blood and he was surrounded of bloods,Christo loss consciousness. Franca can't help but roll her eyes.
"Whose main dealer is afraid of blood?!"
Brignais being the strongest and biggest of them carry Christo for the rest of the journey. Losing their main attacker, Christo, they have to rely on illusion magic of Franca and try to sneak around to avoid combat but they can't completely avoid it. Franca sometimes switch as main dealer and Brignais as support which doubles their fatigue. When Christo gain consciousness, the group was resting inside a dead tree while preparing their dinner. After eating Franca's bored so she started a convo.
"We've been together for years but I still don't know what's your purpose for being a wandering scavenger" Franca said. Seeing the gaze of the 2 who seemingly didn't want to talk, she has to set an example.
"Okay, fine!" Franca said while rolling her eyes.
"I'm formerly a man, I wanted to find if there's a way to return from my former gender" Franca continued.
"What?!" Said the 2 shockingly.
"Wait, so how did it happen? And why did you seem to enjoy getting infiltrated? Your real name by the way" Brignais ask.
"Wow, so you believe me? Well, I'm stupid to wear a random ring I pick. Got cursed, can't take off the ring. For the second question, I wanted to try new things and relax, didn't know that was so good, got addicted. My name Francis" Franca replied. They now turn their heads to Christo, Christo trembled in return.
"I-i'm a former rat monster, I wanted to find an answer on how did I became human." The 2 have their eyes dilated and alertly got ready on combat. Brignais pointed his weird equipment to Christo while Franca produce multiple sharp icicle and surround him but seeing Christo just timidly cowered, they relaxed and lowered the weapon and icicles to the ground.
"Well, that's shocking. How about you Brignais?" Frana said.
Brignais looks like he didn't want to talk about it but seeing the curious gaze of his 2 companion he have to somehow talk.
"I'm from other world, I'm finding a way to go back" Brignais said.
"Huh?" The 2 can't seem to process what they hear.
"WHAT?!" Franca who firstly react and Christo have his jaw almost drop on the ground in shock. They can't believe what they hear but seeing Brignais serious expression they know he is not joking. After learning the secrets of each other, they felt closer and got another round of cheerful exchange, they started to tell each other's tale. Franca said one day she wokes up on a barren land with only her clothes. She can't seem to remember where she grows or her relatives, all she could remember is how she got the cursed ring from the temple of Black Goddess of Beauty. She was on journey to also look for some clue of her past. Christo's tale was that he was halfly conscious and more in dreamy state when he was still a monster back then, then one day it was like he got awaken in a long dream in the middle of the Great Forest of Irltan that's also one of 3 location that's full of monsters. His body looks like of that a human shape, starting that day he slowly grasp human way of living and started living among them later on, he's in search of anyone who is in similar case but he found no one. In Brignais tale, he was happily living with his mother. All the villagers in their village was kind, he could still remember her mother's last dish he tastes before sleeping that day. Next time he wokes up, he's outside Vladier kingdom's gate. At first he was confused, who wouldn't after being thrown to an unknown land? While he enter the kingdom's gate he draw many idea of what's happening but when he see the interior of the kingdom, that's when he realized he's in another world. He was scared at first but slowly adapt to the environment and then he realized his talent in creating weapons and equipment. He train on that, made things after things thinking that one day he might make a things that can be a bridge to return home. He also started to snuggle illegal weapon and scavenging in ruin for it. The conversation continued until they got tired, that night is long for them and they sleep late but peacefully. Morning comes, Christo who's most sensitive in senses notice that the ground they're sleeping is moving. Christo get up and look around, he notice that the supposed dead tree is walking with them inside. Christo shouted so loudly which woke up his companions but the tree also notice them. The tree branches comes alive and grab the 3 of them, Franca can't but curse Christo and Brignais frantically collect all their things before the tree throw them somewhere. They landed on a swam, they immediately got up and goes ashore, they only have few scratches as the swamp save their lives.
"Ah, fuck! What's wrong with you? If you haven't shouted we would have been able to get free ride!" Franca shouts.
"S-sorry" Cristo said while he looks like he's about to cry.
Franca curse more until she feel a slimy wet on her legs. She looks back only to see a small frog spitting on her,
"Ah, so even the frog is bitching me today. Wait and see who's braver to the two of us." Franca said while producing 2 sharp icicle and release to the frog before it hits the frog, the frog already retreated. Brignais can't help but tsked at Franca's childishness while Christo just look worriedly.
"Ha! See that scaredy cat!" Franca shouted after the frog. Franca was about to leave when she the frog again, this time it calls an enforsement, this widen the eyes of the three.
"RUN!" Brignais shout but before he even shouted Franca and Cristo already run with Christo as the first one to run but they can't totally escape some of the spits and it added to their drench back. The group continue their journey, Christo only becomes a burden than help as he always collapse when seeing or shouted when seeing strange things which attracted some monsters to attack them. Strangely enough, even though Christo just running and trembling in the middle of battlefield, he was unharmed, even when they are surrounded. Brignais also continually got pushed on a bunch of monsters as bait or become meat shield of the group. Finally they see the altar where the Gods book, Grimoire located but there's a monster guarding it. Franca tried to charm it to restict the monster's movement but to no avail. When Franca was about to give up, Brignais suddenly tore all Franca's cloth and the charm finally work. But the charm was excessive the monster run toward Franca with it's penis standing and getting larger. It grab Franca who despite running can't really get away from it and tried to do some sexual intercourse. Christo see his teammates predicament and enter berserk mode to attack it. He manage to injure the monster greatly but he collapse after its tail instinctly hit him. For finishing move, Brignais bombard monster with his cannon. The monster die though he didn't calculate the recoil which makes him fall flatly to the ground. Brignais get up and brush some dust off.
"You! You! How could you! You almost get me raped by the monster!" Franca angrily shout at Brignais while tears started to form at her eyes. She was sitting naked on the ground. Brignais only smirk at her.
"Didn't you say you wanted to try new things?" Brignais answered back.
This answered makes Franca to glare more sharply to Brignais meanwhile Brignais just ignore her and go toward to Christo but before he could get close, Christo twitch. His nails got long, eyes red, whiskers appear and front teeth got longer. Slowly he transformed, when the transformation stops, Christo looks more like of a monster rat than human. He started attacking Franca but Brignais shield her, the two enter in a brawl. Franca who forgotten she's naked-butt supported Brignais, she tried to call out Christo's name in hope that he can hear her and return to normal. They didn't realize that while they are engage in combat they knock the book open. After a long brawl, Brignais won with many wounds on his body, he's about to finish Christo when Franca stops him.
"No! Stop! Christo is our friend!" Franca said.
"Friend? Look at him, he's no longer human! He's a monster! He's beyond saving now!" Brignais argue.
"B-but..."
Brignais didn't listen to Franca, he shakes her off and about to finish Christo once and for all. Then they suddenly loss their eyesight by the sudden burst of light coming from their back. The book was shining and disappearing at the same time, the unrecognizable letter float out of it and it flies up with unknown destination. This book was a manifestation of Gods will. It was setting up a barrier on their whole world so the Outer Gods won't be able to attack them for a thousand more years or so and now it's about to finish it's duty. The 3 got influence by the book who also contain God's knowledge, everyone on the valley of Death block out while the three see a scene of past, it resurfaced their forgotten memory and also answers their hearts most desired knowledge. Brignais learn that his former world was blown to billion pieces and he is the only survivor. His mother sacrifice herself to transport him to this world to save him, he has no hope to return. Franca learn that she needed to kill a billion of people and offer their lives to the ring before she can return back her former gender, she also learn that after wearing the ring she unconsciously kills every people on their town, the town that she already forgotten due to the ring. When the effects of the book subsided, the once always in darkness, valley of death experience a new sight of sun and all the monster died. Brignais sat on a flat stone in daze.
"No... no... no.." Franca said while crying, she loose all body strength and sit on the cold floor. The 2 seemingly forgot Christo whose now gain consciousness and now the first half beast of their world, he looks at his companions sadly. All the monsters in their world was former human from ancient civilizations who only mutated after being expose on God's corpse. He gains back his rationality due to his bodies great transformation and mutation but he also forgot all his memory. Now he remembers everything, the sin of human that becomes the sharpest blade that kills the Gods
