Chapter 153 - Loki Getting Beaten Up by Everyone

After that, when she followed Captain America and Black Widow up onto the deck, she saw they had already boarded an aircraft.

"Hurry up, get in—we have to leave now before that guy runs away." Once the two were inside the plane, Black Widow began urging Tohka, who was still standing there motionless. In their eyes, if they were late, Loki might escape.

"No need, I have my armor. I won't ride your plane—let's just go."

As soon as Tohka finished speaking, a set of armor appeared on her body again. Only then did everyone remember that Tohka was from the Stark family. No doubt Tony, that guy, wouldn't mind making her her own suit of armor.

After that, no one wasted any more time—they disappeared from the deck in an instant.

Meanwhile, in Germany, Loki had arrived at the venue. He wandered around inside bored, and after calculating the time, he figured they should be reacting about now. Then, suddenly, the entire venue descended into chaos.

Just as Loki calmly followed the panicked crowd out of the hall, a beam of light shot down from the sky. Then, he saw Black Widow shine the spotlight from her little aircraft right onto him. Immediately after, a shield came flying and smacked him right in the face. But relying on Asgardian and Frost Giant's powerful physique, these attacks didn't amount to anything to him.

"You pathetic mortals..." Then this guy charged at Captain America and started beating him into the ground. Watching from her hiding spot, Tohka was speechless. If she remembered correctly, Loki was supposed to be a sorcerer. But this guy—calling everyone mortals over and over—was starting to piss her off too.

She decided not to keep observing. She summoned her Spirit Dress and hurled her Sandalphon straight at him.

"Mm?" Just as Loki was arrogantly pinning Captain America down and punching him, he suddenly felt a chill on his back. He instinctively ducked, and a massive sword swept right past his back, even slicing off his cloak. Cold sweat instantly poured down his spine.

"Who are you? Why do I feel divine power coming from you?" Startled and sweating, Loki kicked Captain America flying and lifted his head, scanning around for the owner of that huge sword.

But when he looked up, he saw Tohka in her armor standing not far away. What shocked him most was the divine energy radiating off her entire body—he swore this divine power was no weaker than that of his brother Thor, and maybe even comparable to his father Odin at the height of his strength.

"I'm the 'mortal' you keep talking about. Well? Want to try taking my attack?" Though she said that calmly, her hands didn't stop moving. In the next moment, Tohka swung her greatsword down at Loki, clearly intending to end him right there.

Seeing the massive sword chopping toward his head, Loki didn't dare be careless. He instantly raised his scepter over his head to block, but then his expression turned extremely ugly.

Boom. With a thunderous impact, Loki was forced down on one knee by Tohka's tremendous strength, the floor beneath him cracking under the pressure.

"Where the hell did this woman come from—how is she this strong?" Loki stared at Tohka in terror. Then, gritting his teeth, he shoved her back and immediately began casting his magic. One after another, multiple Lokis appeared all around her.

"Mirror images, huh? As expected of Loki." Tohka looked around at all the identical, smirking Lokis encircling her. For the moment, she really couldn't tell which was the real one.

"But did you really think I don't have any AOE attacks, Loki?" She swept her gaze across the circle of illusions, too lazy to bother identifying the real one. She lifted her Sandalphon high, gathering surging magical power.

"Stop, girl." Just as she was about to unleash her sword aura, a metallic voice suddenly sounded in her ear. At the same time, music started blasting from Black Widow's plane, and then a barrage of missiles rained down on all the Lokis around her.

"That guy... he's always like this." Tohka raised a shield to block the explosions around her. She didn't even need to look to know who it was—aside from Tony "Shit Stark," who else would hack S.H.I.E.L.D.'s network and play theme music for his own entrance?

"You're under arrest."

Bombarded by Tony's missiles, the unprepared Loki had no choice but to drop his illusions. Although he wasn't really injured, he was dizzy and stunned. When he came to, he saw Tony, Tohka, and Captain America surrounding him.

"I... surrender." Seeing this, Loki immediately chose to yield. In any case, this was part of his plan all along. So, without the slightest hesitation, he raised both his hands.

"Who exactly are you? Why do you have the power of our gods?" Sitting in the plane, Loki showed no sign of being a prisoner. Instead, he fixed his gaze on Tohka, looking at her with a strange expression that made her extremely uncomfortable.

"You don't need to know that. Hmph—if you keep staring at me like that, believe it or not, I'll gouge your eyes out right now." Feeling creeped out by Loki's gaze, Tohka threatened him. She really couldn't stand that look.

"Oh." Seeing her expression, Loki actually withdrew his stare. Even though he'd seen Tohka through the Destroyer before, it hadn't left much impression.

But now that he was face to face with her, he realized how unusual she was—and a new plan began to form in his mind.

"Hmph." Satisfied that Loki looked away after her threat, Tohka was about to feel pleased with herself when she suddenly heard her phone ringing.

"Hello? This is Tohka. What did you say? You wait right there—I'm coming home immediately." She hung up without another word and turned to the others. "Sorry, something came up at home, I have to go. Oh, and by the way, that guy's dear brother will probably show up soon—try not to start fighting again."

After leaving a few instructions, Tohka opened the plane door and flew off without another glance at anyone, clearly in a hurry.
