Reaching the small building front yard Felix found three middle aged men that seems to be at their mid- fourty with a young girl draped fully in brown clothing with her face covered with a hat using a rough clothe to cover her mouth.
Without probing Felix knew this girl was non other than Jasmine as even the gown she wore couldn't hide her feminine figure that well. If it was a passer by they would have thought it was a male standing there as she had rapped her chest with layers of leyers of clothes, making her resemble a slightly fat man.
Not knowing the cause of the matter Felix decided to watch first and if he could help he wouldn't mind stretching a helping hand to her, as the three men standing there seems to be against her.
After listening on to the rambling of this men for a long time Felix had at least made a clear understanding of the situation.
Jasmine father seems to borrow money from this people and before he could repay them he met with an accident during his hunting. It could be said that when one made a journey to hunt beast or for resources the chance of life and death are fifty chance of death and fifty chance to live.
This men then came to an agreement with Jasmine on how to resolve the debt her father owed but from what been said Felix realize she had not payed any amount since the past three weeks.
Felix couldn't take it anymore, at least Jasmine saved him once so he could also assist her and help her out this once.
"Hello may I ask what is going on here" using his most polite way Felix approach the men.
"Who are you" the man in the middle that hasn't made a sound from the very beginning question Felix while sizing him from head to toe.
"Hey mysterious isn't this the scumbag you spent our money on"
one of the middle aged men that was asking for their money also engaged as he saw Felix, his voice filled with sarcasm was also a bit cold.
Even though Felix was pressured by this middle aged men he wasn't really scared as they were still in the city, the city has it own rules except it was a job done by assassination or in a silent valley any act of killing in the city was a punishment by death by the upper power.
Although killing was not allowed, beating someone to a pulp or unrecognizable was still allowed as the human can't live without having a grudge with a person or two.
"I'm just a passer by and just happen to be saved by....."
"Yes I only saved him because he was at the brink of death and this has nothing to do with him" the silent Jasmine interrupted Felix from finishing his words.
Even though he was not some overly smart person Felix knew that Jasmine seems to be purposely hiding her identity, so he tacitly stays silent.
"That has nothing to do with us, you only have two options, either you leave this place permanently to us or you provide our money"
The middle aged man standing at the middle seems to be their boss as he lays his demands.
"Y....yo...you dare to have your eyes on this land, keep dreaming haven't you collected enough already huh"
Jasmine anger seems to have been storing energy for quite a while as she burst out not willing to give out this land.
"Ohh...then are you planning to pay up, but if I could remember clearly you used your savings to buy a lot of medicine right" The other middle aged man that has not talk since the arrival of Felix chipped in.
"Here will this do" Felix stretched hand was holding unto his last silver coin as he could not continue watching this shameful people act arrogantly.
"Hehe that more like it, continue gathering more money before we arrive next week" the boss among the three didn't think through it as he snatch the coin and turn his back to leave.
Clenching her fist Jasmine could only grumble in her mind as she watch this people leave. What she hadn't expect was their demand of her handing out this entire land.
"Why?" Turning to Felix Jasmine asked.
"Why?.... You were the one that saved me Right?"
Felix didn't care about the silver coin, he could just go hunt beast for level up and in the case sell the important part of the beast to make some money.
"Hmm but that doesn't mean you should pay for what you know nothing about" Jasmine agreed to the facts that she saved Felix but didn't like the fact that Felix almost blow up her cover.
"At least I already give them the money and it was your money you used to treat me, so we can somehow be considered even"
Not minding all this Felix went back into the room to rest.
"Aish... I'm so unruly where would such a beauty sleep when I sleep on her bed"
Without hesitation Felix rush out to look for Lillian but to his surprise he couldn't find a trace of her.
"Didn't I just enter inside now?... indeed a mysterious person"
Carrying his confused face back in Felix took out the box that stored the mossdrift lynan core from his storage bag.
He had not check this core out since he didn't have the time, now that he was free and he didn't have to run why won't he check it.
To his surprise before he could scan this core he received a shocking alert from the system.

It could be said that the mossdrift lynan overlord has pursued Felix for almost half a day just for this treasure and it had later on get itself killed. Even Felix felt pity for it but the moment he thought about how he almost died at the and of this beast and the weapon he loose while fighting it Felix regain his composure and felt no pity again because if he had died by the hand of that beast even his corpse won't be available again.

Like a spec of dust the hard lynan core he was holding unto and still emphasizing in his mind on how to sell it had disappeared.

Series of message with each one giving Felix immense shock one after the other. His level was just about to achieve a breakthrough but he couldn't believe that just by swallowing a crystal core his level would also improve and not only that what he gained had exceeded what he wanted initially.
If he had sold this crystal core and later find out what immense benefits it could bring him Felix would have regretted his decision all his life.
Just the skill available in the crystal core alone could make a normal human into a top class assassin.
Although a lot of assassin has invisibility elemental energy and some speed type skill but Felix was sure that if this skill was known to the world he would be the target of those assassin, even people that are not assassin would target him.
Due to his breakthrough his injuries had all healed as his defense and stamina had both increase making his body becoming more adept to his new bloodline.
"What a terrifying skill!" Felix exclaimed, he had just tried the phantom gale skill and the moment he used it Felix could feel that his hand is phasing through the bed.
Rising from the bed Felix activated the skill again as he pounce unto the bed with his whole body trying to phase through.
Even if a skill is very powerful it could not still defy the nature as such a skill that can allow a whole body phasing could only be achieved when someone become strong enough to call on nature as they like.
"Hehe those shameful guy should better watch their back"
Felix was now thinking about how he would claim back his money and make them vomit more.
Although he was new to the world of meta human, at least he had been with a lot of them and know the rules of not being overly greedy. He was only going to take what was his and collect extra interest.
