Faith's POV
I jolted upright, drenched in sweat, heart galloping like I'd just outrun a bear. My head spun like I'd been tossed in a blender set to "regret." For a second, I couldn't even tell where I was.
The room was dim. Unfamiliar, but… weirdly familiar, too. It smelled like clean linen, something woodsy—and annoyingly expensive.
I blinked. Hard.
Wait.
Wait wait wait wait—no.
This is Felix's room.
My eyes dragged downward and locked onto the one thing I didn't want to see.
I was naked.
NAKED.
In his bed.
With him.
Next to me.
Still sleeping, like some untouchable Greek statue made of stone and secrets.
My heart skipped straight into panic mode.
What. The. Actual. Hell.
My brain tried to reboot, but all I got was the mental equivalent of the spinning wheel of death. The last thing I remembered was being in his car. His arm around me. Streetlights streaking past like stars. And then—nothing. Just black. Full cinematic fade-out.
And now here I am.
Naked.
