Caleb was currently arguing with Mr. Ping about bringing the noodle cart towards the Jade Palace since it had a lot of stairs. Mr. Ping's noodle cart was a massive wooden contraption, fully stocked with bowls, ladles, and enough noodles to feed an army. And of course, Mr. Ping was determined to have it up the seemingly endless flight of stairs leading to the Jade Palace.
"I am your boss and I'm telling you to bring that noodle cart to the Jade Palace!"
"And I'm telling you that it wont work because we wont have enough time to sell anything! Before the event starts!" Caleb yelled back at Mr. Ping. "I mean how do you expect me and Po to carry it up the stairs when it weighs more than me and Po combined, Hell even if we somehow manage to push it, what happens when we reach the top? We'll be so exhausted that neither of us will have the energy to even sell the noodles! Did you even think about that?"
Mr. Ping opened his mouth to argue but promptly closed it when he had no comeback to the point that Caleb raised up.
"That's what I thought. Now me and Po are going to the event and I suggest you take a break and spend some time with your son" Caleb pointed to Po who just stood there awkwardly as Caleb and his father augured.
Eventually, Mr. Ping spoke again "But the noodle-"
"The costumers aren't going anywhere and you can afford to take a break for one day" Caleb interrupted Mr. Ping.

"Why don't you go ahead, we'll catch up" Caleb said and Po smiled and took off towards the Jade palace.
Caleb of course helped Mr. Ping to clean up, he wasn't a monster and after a couple of minutes they were finished with cleaning and putting the bowls away. After making sure that everything was in place they both started to make they're way towards the Jade Palace.

The movies were not kidding about the Jade steps. Caleb was already out of breath just halfway and hey his system was almost up and running so that was neat, he wish he knew how Mr. Ping wasn't affected by the walk up.

Caleb didn't have time to think before his system had given him a notification about a tutoriel. He was hesitant since what did he mean by "entertaining".
He hoped that hadn't meant that this being wanted him to suffer for his twisted form of entertainment.

He certainly felt a lot calmer about his situation since he had those skills at least.
The window suddenly changed from his skills to another wall of text. Even with Gamer's mind this was going a bit faster than he liked.
