The black dragon roared again. A violent gale erupted instantly, tearing apart the white clouds as the fearsome dragon's head dove downward. With a few sways of its massive body, it was already descending into the arena.
"Looks like I arrived just in time!" The black dragon spoke human words as it landed, kicking up another gust of wind.
Immediately after, the dragon's body twisted and morphed into a human form, and Qin Yi appeared in the arena.
"Another one?!"
Sengoku stared at Qin Yi as he landed. His entrance was far from ordinary, reminiscent of a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit, making Sengoku instinctively uneasy.
"Fleet Admiral, that's the King of Qin's Nation, Ying Zheng!" At that moment, a soldier nearby suddenly recognized him and shouted in shock.
Sengoku's expression changed abruptly, his gaze becoming sharp and intense.
"You're Ying Zheng?"
Qin Yi gave a faint smile, sweeping his gaze over the two familiar faces before him and replied: "That's me."
"You're allied with him?" Sengoku's expression grew heavier as he asked.
Even before encountering Madara, Sengoku had received the alarming report that Aokiji had been sunk into the sea, shaking him to the core and filling him with a foreboding sense of dread. He now strongly suspected that Qin's Nation and Uchiha Madara were connected somehow.
The timing of these events was far too suspicious. Just as the man who slaughtered Celestial Dragons reappeared, Aokiji, whom Sengoku was planning to recall, met with disaster. It all felt like a coordinated plan.
"Yes, Madara San is from my Qin Nation," Qin Yi said calmly.
At those words, both Sengoku and Garp were struck with shock and alarm.
They had already seen firsthand Uchiha Madara's strength; two Admirals had faced him. One had been smashed into the sea, grievously injured, and still unconscious, with an uncertain fate.
The other had also been carried away; both sides of the Marine pride had been brutally shattered. Even under their joint assault, Madara had held his ground for a prolonged time, never showing a hint of defeat.
Such power was truly terrifying.
To be blunt, Uchiha Madara's strength was on par with any of them, and in the entire world, people of that caliber were undoubtedly top-tier experts, and now, before their eyes stood another mysterious powerhouse, one who was also a king.
"King Ying Zheng of Qin…" Sengoku's gaze turned grave as he muttered to himself.
Garp, however, narrowed his pupils and instantly flashed forward, appearing directly in front of Madara and throwing a fierce punch. Madara swung his Uchiha war fan, reflecting the force of the punch. He reacted swiftly, immediately engaging Garp in a rapid, close-quarters battle.
"Fleet Admiral Sengoku, how about a little spar between us?" Qin Yi said with a smile.
Sengoku's pupils contracted as golden light burst from his body, and a halo rippled from the palm of his right hand. One second later, his massive form suddenly expanded and slammed down toward Qin Yi.
"Shatter into pieces!"
Qin Yi clenched his right fist and a mysterious power instantly surged out, causing the surrounding space to faintly crack. Then, he raised his fist high and met Sengoku's strike head-on.
"Boom!"
A moment later, violent shockwaves swept across the battlefield. Sengoku staggered backward, his eyes filled with astonishment.
"Paramecia-type!"
The impact from Qin Yi's punch had shattered his energy wave, as if it were torn apart by an invisible force that defied all material resistance. The sensation was similar to the power of Whitebeard's Tremor-Tremor Fruit, but entirely different. Sengoku had never encountered anything like this.
"It's more than just a Paramecia power." Qin Yi's eyes gleamed as he spoke while strange patterns emerged on his body, and the Rinnegan appeared in his pupils, sending a chill down Sengoku's spine.
"Those eyes, they are the same as Madara's?! This kid has them, too? And there's more?!"
Suddenly, Sengoku's expression changed drastically once again.
Blazing flames ignited from Qin Yi's body and rapidly spread in all directions. In the blink of an eye, the surrounding kilometer-wide area was engulfed, transforming everything present into a sea of fire.
"The power of the Logia-type Flame-Flame Fruit (Mera Mera no Mi)!"
On the other side, while fighting Madara, Garp noticed the sudden blaze. His expression instantly turned steel gray, and an overwhelming fury surged from within.
"That's Ace's power! What… what did you do to Ace?!"
Garp's explosive rage poured into his next punch. Carrying unmatched strength, the strike landed squarely on Madara's body, sending him flying violently.
"This old man… is way too strong!"
Even someone like Madara, who prided himself on his body techniques and immense power, couldn't help but show some helplessness in his expression. His feet dragged across the ground for 1,500 meters before he finally came to a stop.
Before he could react, he suddenly looked up in alarm, and Garp's fist was already crashing down at him again.
Madara quickly dodged backward. The punch narrowly grazed his face and slammed into the ground; the force behind the punch was so immense that it drew blood from the tip of his nose just by passing by.
Then,
"BOOOOM!"
The devastating power of the punch caused the entire island to shake. Immediately after, the ground began to collapse, with massive chunks of stone erupting and flying outward in all directions. Dust filled the air as the land crumbled beneath them.
Within a radius of dozens of kilometers, the ground was split wide open, all by one punch from Garp.
The terrifying force made Madara narrow his eyes, his heart shaken.
"This kind of power…"
Elsewhere, while Qin Yi faced off with Sengoku, he also felt the violent tremors underfoot and couldn't help but react with a subtle change in expression.
Garp's battle strength was beyond Qin Yi's expectations, but not beyond reason. After all, this was the man who had repeatedly driven Gol D. Roger into a corner, honored as a Hero of the Marines. Even in his old age, Garp's sudden outbursts of power were not something ordinary people could challenge.
However, Madara's pride would not allow him to back down. He immediately swung his Uchiha fan.
"Pop!"
Five black Truth-Seeking Balls (Gudōdama) launched forward with a roar, dragging streaks of black behind them as they twisted through the air, surging toward Garp.
"Get lost!!" With a thunderous roar, Garp punched forward.
"BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM!"
He struck five consecutive punches, smashing all the Truth-Seeking Balls apart. Garp's body charged through the resulting torrents of chaotic energy and explosions, rushing straight back toward Madara.
"Super Shinra Tensei (Almighty Push)!" Madara's pupils contracted as his expression turned wild.
This old man's power was far beyond what he had imagined. Even Madara himself had to go all out; otherwise, he could die here!
Once Garp entered this berserk state, his rampaging strength was unstoppable by ordinary means.
Meanwhile, Qin Yi and Sengoku remained face-to-face, yet still hadn't clashed with their full power.
"Fleet Admiral Sengoku, I possess power equal to, or even greater than Madara's. If we fight here, it won't benefit either of us. If this battle expands further, I believe the residents of the Sabaody Archipelago, and the Marines gathered nearby, will not be spared."
His calm voice reached Sengoku's ears, causing his gaze to sharpen.
He realized that Qin Yi was not a reckless man. The purpose of this confrontation was not to flaunt power, but rather to achieve some unique objective.
"What do you want?" Sengoku asked.
"I hope the Marines will let this battle end here, for the sake of my pride if nothing else. I know you still have the Shichibukai, the World Government… I can wait until you've gathered all your experts. Next time, we can have a proper war. Today is not that time, and this place is not the stage!" Qin Yi's eyes gleamed as he spoke indifferently.
Sengoku's pupils contracted, and his gaze turned sharp.
