"These little tricks… are useless!"
"Surrender, Uchiha Madara!"
Garp and Sengoku tore through the sea of fire and charged straight at Madara.
The combined strength of the two was astonishing, so much so that even Madara seemed to be at a disadvantage.
In the Nation of Qin...
Seated on the throne, Qin Yi suddenly stood up. Deep, sharp light flashed in his eyes as he looked into the distance.
"Two against one? That's hardly fair."
The next second, he stepped forward, and transformed into a black dragon, roaring into the sky as he shot off at lightning speed.
…
On the Sabaody Archipelago...
With Garp and Sengoku working together, Madara was thoroughly being pushed back.
Whether it was Taijutsu, combat experience, physical strength, or grasp of battle rhythm, these two were in no way inferior to him. In fact, that square-faced guy even far surpassed him.
Yes, although Madara was reluctant to admit it, the opponent's physical power was indeed formidable, those fists held the force to shatter mountains and split boulders.
"Boom boom boom boom!"
In the clash between the three, the entire island was shaking violently.
The Marines watching nearby were like spectators in an arena, simply adding to the atmosphere. They had no way of participating in such a battle. They could only stare, eyes narrowed in shock, at the constant eruptions of smoke and dust on the battlefield, their hearts full of fear.
"Too strong!"
This level of power far exceeded their own, they weren't even on the same playing field.
"Your resistance is meaningless. Give up, Uchiha Madara!" Sengoku shouted sternly.
He and Garp had been comrades for many years. Together, they had defeated most of the world's top experts, even the legendary Golden Lion Shiki had been brought down by them.
This suddenly appearing Uchiha Madara wouldn't be their match.
"Give up resisting?"
Madara's gaze was icy, his heart erupting with fury.
"How ridiculous!"
Suddenly, his figure rapidly retreated.
His Rinnegan opened wide, sending ripples outward. Space and time itself seemed to halt in that moment. Garp and Sengoku, who had been tightly pursuing, suddenly froze mid-action.
"Limbo: Hengoku (Border Jail)!"
A low voice came from Madara's mouth.
Four shadowy figures flickered from his eyes and quickly spread out to stand in four directions. Their forms and builds were identical to Madara, they were clones of him.
Just as he finished this technique, Sengoku and Garp caught up, their attacks incoming.
The four shadows rushed forward instantly, launching attacks at Sengoku and Garp.
Madara's body began to fade away, disappearing from the original spot.
"Numbers mean nothing to me!"
"They're clones!"
After punching one of the shadows away, Garp shouted loudly. On the other side, Sengoku also knocked one away and quickly recognized the pattern.
Two of the shadows were blasted away, but the other two had already closed in.
"Pop!"
Space trembled. In the hands of the shadows appeared pitch-black orbs. With a flick, they were suddenly fired out.
"Careful!" Sengoku roared.
The Gudōdama (Truth-Seeking Balls) shot out at incredible speed, like shooting stars, and collided with the two of them in an instant.
"Boom!"
Two explosions rang out. Wild gales howled, and the airflow twisted chaotically. The entire island shook, and massive clouds of smoke and dust billowed upward, a truly spectacular scene.
The Marines rapidly retreated. Faced with this level of battle, they dared not approach, fearing they might be accidentally killed.
After being dragged along the ground for some distance, Sengoku and Garp stabilized themselves, their expressions now extremely grim.
"We must take him down quickly!"
Exchanging a glance, they prepared to charge forward again.
In just this short clash, they had come to realize that Madara was the most troublesome opponent they had ever faced, even more difficult than Golden Lion Shiki.
With Shiki, at least they had some understanding. But Uchiha Madara abilities were completely foreign. His techniques made their hearts tremble in fear.
It was as if this man had eaten multiple Devil Fruits; he was virtually omnipotent!
"Pop!"
However, the faint sound ahead caused their eyes to lock onto it once again.
Four streaks of pitch-black light burst forth, spherical Gudōdama (Truth-Seeking Balls) rapidly formed, and the four shadow clones hurled them simultaneously.
"This time, it's four!"
Madara, standing in another dimension, spoke coldly.
"Run!" Sengoku's pupils contracted as he shouted urgently.
Having faced these black orbs personally, he naturally understood the terrifying energy they contained. A careless collision could result in serious injury.
"Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!"
Four consecutive explosions rocked the entire island violently. Huge clouds of smoke shrouded the sky, blotting out the sun, covering everything in darkness.
Sengoku and Garp were caught in the widespread blast radius and blown away, crashing heavily to the ground.
But soon, they stood up again, only lightly injured.
When they looked up ahead, their expressions became extremely grave.
The explosions from the pitch-black Truth-Seeking Balls had nearly crippled the entire island. The once-clear terrain was now completely buried under dense smoke and dust, making it impossible to see anything.
"Mokuton (Wood Release): Deep Forest Bloom (Kajukai Kōrin)!"
Within the billowing dust, a deep voice echoed.
The two squinted, sensing the ground ahead trembling.
Within three seconds, their expressions changed, and they leapt upward suddenly.
Thick vines broke through the ground, rapidly growing into towering trees. Blossoms bloomed atop the branches. In an instant, the entire island was swallowed by a dense forest.
Even more troubling, the forest was hostile. The thick tree branches twisted and extended wildly, constantly launching attacks at them.
"He's turned the terrain into his domain!" Sengoku remarked.
Garp scanned the surroundings, then locked onto four shadowy figures leaping in from all directions.
"They're coming!"
As he finished speaking, he leapt into the air and vanished from sight.
"Whoosh!"
Suddenly, Garp appeared behind one of the clones and launched a kick.
"Boom!"
With overwhelming speed and power, the shadow had no time to react and was blasted away, smashing through a huge section of the forest.
"Such Taijutsu… truly impressive!" Madara murmured.
On the other side, Sengoku also launched into the air and destroyed another clone in a flash.
To Madara's surprise, these shadows, normally on par with him in power, only differing in reaction time, were being easily destroyed by these two old men.
"Their strength… I have to admit, it rivals my own." Madara's eyes flickered.
He watched helplessly as the two quickly wiped out the remaining clones.
His Limbo had been broken!
Even without possessing the Rinnegan, even without being able to perceive the Limbo world, they had shattered his Limbo shadows.
"This is becoming troublesome…"
With his Ninjutsu dismantled, Madara reappeared, once again facing Garp and Sengoku.
"Your abilities are certainly mysterious... but give it up, Uchiha Madara!" Sengoku shouted, leaping several times before slamming a punch down, roaring with fury.
Madara's body shifted gracefully, dodging the strike, his expression calm.
He admitted, facing these two alone, his strength was insufficient. He had also underestimated the experts of this world.
If this continued, things might turn against him.
Suddenly, all three of them sensed something and turned their eyes skyward.
"ROAARR!"
Above the white clouds, a ferocious black dragon loomed and let out a deafening roar from the sky.
"I don't need you showing up now, brat!" Madara muttered, the corners of his mouth curving into a smile.
"Still… it seems the real battle is finally about to begin!"
