The aircraft shattered on impact—most of its structure instantly vaporized, while the remaining fragments were blasted away to parts unknown.

Godzilla wheezed violently. The original Oxygen Destroyer had been capable of leaving it severely weakened for years. But now—having grown far stronger—the attack merely inflicted heavy damage.
Its body was already rapidly regenerating.
Just then—
Humanity's mechanical colossus appeared!
Standing at 100 meters tall, it was a true titan, finally possessing the scale necessary to battle Godzilla head-on.
If possible, humanity would have built it even larger. The energy samples they had extracted from the Hollow Earth were sufficient to power an even more massive machine. But while energy concerns had been addressed, materials science remained a bottleneck.
With insufficient material strength, a larger mech would simply collapse under its own weight.
Moreover, relying solely on hydraulic actuators would have made the machine unbearably sluggish. To solve this, humans integrated Ghidorah's biological tissue to create synthetic neural muscles, vastly improving agility. Its frame wasn't simply welded or riveted together—that wouldn't hold up.

However, after years of research on Godzilla—and leveraging insights gained from Ghidorah—humanity had devised an ultimate weapon originally intended for Mechagodzilla:

The Proton Scream was capable of disrupting atomic nuclei, unleashing immense heat and triggering nuclear fission upon impact. A high-energy proton beam like this could theoretically bypass even Godzilla's adaptive dermal armor.
