Beyond the jungle lies a vast plain, and further in the distance is where the earth and sky meet. Such open space indeed makes one feel free and relaxed, but it can also bring an inexplicable sense of panic. Because everything is too vast, it appears quite desolate, and once you walk here, it's easy to lose direction, making you unsure of where you truly want to go.
Having escaped from the unknown, Arthur and his companions find themselves facing this very situation. After an almost frantic escape, the three of them walked out of the endless forest without sleeping or resting, afraid of being monitored by the unknown. They were terribly pitiful, not daring to take flight, but moved purely on foot through the rather treacherous forest paths.
