Hearing Kurozai repeat this reasoning, neither the Third Kazekage nor the others could refute it. Even Ebizo and Sasori realized that Kumogakure and the Land of Lightning as a whole had changed fundamentally from what it once was.
As a seasoned shinobi, these developments were unsettling as they always felt the lack of information, and changes were something different from what they were used to. As politicians, they were concerned. Yet they couldn't deny what they had personally seen. Kumogakure had deliberately revealed certain aspects of its transformation, and those changes were real. He certainly couldn't tell them the truth that Kumogakure possessed a genius, no, a sage, who had casually devised the technique while exploring puppetry on a whim. Nor could he explain that this same person had deemed traditional puppetry combat inefficient and the wrong way, breaking it down instead into tools and machinery controlled by chakra used primarily by civilian ninjas, researchers, and even ordinary people operated using traditional and chakra batteries.

The technique was titled S-rank Ninjutsu String Overflow.
It was based on chakra strings commonly used by Sunagakure's puppet masters, inspired by a concept similar to Doflamingo's Overheat ability from One Piece, but fully grounded in ninjutsu principles. To activate it, the user performed approximately sixteen hand seals, pressurizing and compressing chakra within their body before concentrating it into one hand.
From there, the puppet master released multiple chakra strings from their palm and fingertips. These strings were generated at extreme ejection velocity and density, forming highly solid, fast-propelled chakra filaments. Within less than a second, the caster had to twist these strings together, forming a reinforced central core while other strings braided tightly around it.
In the next instant, under the influence of the seals and the user's advanced form and nature transformations, the consolidated string would fire forward like a high-pressure water jet. It extended to an enormous length, tearing through anything in its path.
Then, for a brief moment, the outer braided strings would be transformed into pure Wind Release chakra under the user's immense control and nature transformation expertise while maintaining the form. Normally, wind ninjutsus dispersed over long distances, but here, the wind was bound to the solid chakra core, but even a shadow level ninja would find it hard to keep the wind attached, as it was wind''s nature to disperse and flow and most importantly chakra outside of its own body was hard to control unless they, they were extremely strong, or removed their chakra mark like Ron and Third Raikage, thats why the seals were necessary and so was skills were necessary for the caster. They didn't need to sustain the sharpness for a long time; even a fleeting moment was enough.
Because of its speed, length, and momentum, a simple flick of the user's hand could slice through obstacles as effortlessly as fruit before a blade spanning a large area.
A normal chakra string could already block sword strikes or lift heavy puppets. This compressed, propelled rope was far stronger, more explosive in force, and lethally sharp, especially during that instant when the outer layer became Wind Release before dissipating.
It was a technique that combined precision, power, and terrifying efficiency, but was short-lived even in the hands of Jonins, as for ninjas, chakra would dissipate and would be out of control outside of one's own body due to the chakra seed mark.
