Chapter 265 - Chapter 265

Yoruha just smiled and didn't bother explaining further. There was nothing much to explain; it was just an ordinary mission for him.

Kakashi walked in and reported the details of their mission to Tsunade.

Tsunade glanced at the aloof boy standing to the side. "Is he the child?" At this moment, Sora, with a cold expression, remarked, "Is this old lady your Hokage?"

The moment those words left his mouth, the atmosphere in the Hokage's office froze.

Yoruha leaned against the window, observing the scene. "This guy really isn't afraid of death, huh?"

Kakashi, Sasuke, Naruto, and Sakura all looked at Sora with fear on their faces.

Before they could say anything, a terrifying chakra blasted onto Sora.

"Boom!" Yoruha turned his head away, unable to watch. Tsunade was furious, and no one dared to intervene.

Naruto was the first to react, looking at Sora, who had been blasted out of the Hokage's office and lay in the hallway.

He shouted, "Apologize quickly!" Tsunade leaped over, ready to crush the impolite brat with a punch. Sora reacted swiftly, hurriedly saying, "I meant Bodhisattva."

"Boom~" Hearing this, Tsunade's fist deviated slightly, smashing into the wall instead.

She glared at Sora with a chilling expression. "Bodhisattva?" Sora quickly added, "Yes, Bodhisattva, I meant Bodhisattva."

Tsunade's face immediately softened, and she stood up, lifting Sora with one hand.

"Hahaha! You should have said so earlier!" In truth, Tsunade didn't really intend to kill him; it was just that he had touched a sore spot.

Outside, watching this scene, Asuma's mouth twitched slightly. He knew this person was the son of his old friend. He almost intervened earlier but stopped when he saw it was Tsunade.

He knew Tsunade wouldn't go all out, and he also knew that once Tsunade was angry, he couldn't stop her.

Watching Tsunade drag Sora back, Asuma finally breathed a sigh of relief. "This guy, how dare he provoke the Hokage."

As Sora was dragged back, he didn't dare to speak or show any disrespect to Tsunade.

Tsunade returned to her seat, looked at Kakashi, and said, "So, he's going to stay in Konoha for a while?" Kakashi nodded.

Tsunade didn't mind. "Then let it be." The reason Tsunade wasn't concerned was that with Konoha's current strength, there was nothing to worry about.

Not to mention Yoruha's presence, even with just Sasuke and the others, nothing major would happen.

In the original story, if Sora were to truly go berserk, Sasuke could control him with just a glance.

Of course, Tsunade wasn't aware yet that there was another Nine-Tails inside Sora. After letting the others leave, Tsunade leaned back in her chair.

She asked, "That child seems a bit strange. What do you think?"

Yoruha, leaning against the window, replied calmly, "He has the Nine-Tails' chakra inside him." Tsunade was taken aback. "What?"

Yoruha explained, "He has a Nine-Tails that's about to form inside him.

It was probably sealed within him, and the incidents at the Fire Temple were likely caused by him going berserk."

Tsunade's expression turned serious. "Can there be two Nine-Tails?"

Yoruha chuckled, "What's so strange about that? The Nine-Tails inside Naruto is only half; the other half is sealed within the Fourth Hokage."

I really don't know. "Sealed inside the Fourth Hokage? How is that possible?"

"Can a tailed beast be split in half?"

Yoruha didn't hide anything from Tsunade, saying, "The Nine-Tails itself said so. The Nine-Tails currently sealed inside Naruto is only half of it.

I can tell, too. The Nine-Tails in Naruto is missing something." "The Nine-Tails must be telling the truth."

This was the first time Tsunade had heard of such a thing, and she was a bit surprised. "It's a bit unbelievable that Naruto only has half of the Nine-Tails inside him."

Yoruha chuckled, "It's not exactly just half. Tailed beasts are essentially manifestations of chakra and can be divided."

"However, once divided, part of the chakra is taken away, and its maximum power is reduced."

Tsunade was shocked, but she didn't seem inclined to take any action. Whether it's a whole or half, she wasn't overly concerned.

Nowadays, the tailed beasts are merely of symbolic value to Konoha. As long as there's one, it's enough.

In fact, it wouldn't matter much if there weren't any. Both of Iwagakure's tailed beasts have left the village, Kirigakure currently has none, and Sunagakure doesn't have any either.

Now, only Konoha and Kumogakure still have them. And both villages have two each.

Konoha has the Three-Tails and the Nine-Tails, while Kumogakure has the Two-Tails and the Eight-Tails. Both villages can control their two tailed beasts simultaneously.

There's no need to mention the Three-Tails, as it's Yoruha's summoned beast, and he can fully control it. The Nine-Tails is gradually being controlled by Naruto.

At least when Naruto needs the Nine-Tails' chakra, it lends it to him.

However, Naruto still hasn't gained the Nine-Tails' full approval, and with his current strength, he can't completely control the Nine-Tails' chakra.

When he fully transforms into the tailed beast, his consciousness is suppressed.

But at least the Nine-Tails won't go on a rampage anymore. Even if it fully transforms, it won't take over Naruto's body.

Of course, with Yoruha's sealing technique in place, it can't take over anyway.

So whether the Nine-Tails is half or whole, or even if it exists at all, Tsunade isn't too concerned.

As long as Sasuke and Yoruha don't betray Konoha, the tailed beasts pose no threat.

Naturally, whether they exist or not becomes irrelevant. In fact, back in the day, Hashirama didn't even intend to keep the Nine-Tails.

After all, the Nine-Tails was controlled by Madara and, after losing the battle, was sealed inside Mito Uzumaki.

When distributing the tailed beasts, Hashirama didn't allocate the Nine-Tails to his own village.

He did this because he believed that with the Uchiha clan around, the tailed beasts wouldn't pose a threat to Konoha.

He never expected the Uchiha clan to be annihilated.

This was unforeseen. Now, Tsunade, like Hashirama, believes that as long as Yoruha and Sasuke are around, the tailed beasts are dispensable to Konoha.

After all, besides Kumogakure, only Konoha has tailed beasts.

Tsunade expressed some concern, "He won't go on a rampage in Konoha, will he? It could harm people."

"What are you worried about? With Naruto and Sasuke watching over him, even if he does go on a rampage, he won't cause any harm," Yoruha replied.

Tsunade nodded, no longer worried. She still had faith in Sasuke and Naruto. However, the fact that the Nine-Tails was split was still surprising to her.

It's hard to imagine. Meanwhile, after Kakashi and the others left the Hokage's office, Naruto said, "Sora, you can stay at my place for now."

Sora looked at Naruto, somewhat reluctant. He thought Naruto was quite messy.

He preferred to live alone. Before Sora could respond, Kakashi said, "Alright then, Sora will stay with you for now."
