Lyall sat up in an alarmed jerk when Conner stormed in to the room huffing and puffing angrilly.
Lyall was handling some paper work seeing as his father, Alpha Kylan was away on official duty.
He had not expected Connor until evening.
Still, he walked on, locking the door shut behind him and then turning to look at his secret boyfriend who had started pacing about in annoyance.
"Connor, what's wrong? Is everything alright?" Lyall asked trying to sound confident but his fear gave way with how shaky his voice sounded.
"No! Everything is not alright!" Connor roared angrilly.
Lyall recoiled slightly at Connor's angry reaction. Then he readjusted himself his heart drumming in a frantic Rhythm of fear. He knew that Connor had gone to see his father, the King and so now he was scared of the outcome of the meeting.
"What is wrong? Does he know?" Lyall asked desperately. His eyes anxiously searched Connor for any sign of torture.
