He got out of bed. It was far too hot in here. Maybe it was because he was upset or perhaps it was something else, but it was far too hot. He walked to the window, pulled away the drapes. The window was wide open and the cold night air flew in.
"That feels much better," Ian said to himself.
Angelica felt the cold breeze, her eyes opened instantly and a frown was plastered on her face. There this man went again, doing nonsense things like opening the window in the middle of winter.
It seemed that he truly wanted to freeze to death. Or maybe he just wanted to freeze her to death since he was upset with her.
"Close the window," she said.
Ian turned slowly and scoffed, "Oh, so you can speak? I thought you were asleep.".
"Close the window, it is cold." she paid no attention to his childish words.
"Oh is it now? Well, I am actually feeling hot," he said.
