Brea groaned, here she was in the corner trying to hide her face. She was sure her mother was looking for her. Well, that was her problem, she was the one that refused to let them leave.
To think that she had dressed so gracefully only to hide away in the end. She hated Pippa, she wondered how she convinced her to play a maid?
"Lady Brea, what are you doing here hiding in the corner?" Lady Rive asked, a pompous smile present on her face. She was accompanied by her usual followers that consisted of most of the young ladies of the nobility.
"Ahhh, Lady Rive... what a surprise to see you here, I was just lacing up my shoes, the straps were stepped on by some idiot and I had to redo them gracefully," Brea turned with a sweet smile present on her face.
"I see... I thought that maybe you were hiding away because as you know, your family as been disgraced and all," Lady Rive laughed.
