Barry approaches the two dead guards and begins examining them. He looks for injuries that could have led to their death and immediately finds the cause.
Even someone who's a complete noob can take one look at them and identify the cause of death as their heads are literally turned all the way around—a complete 360-degree turn.
But unlike people who have no experience in forensics, Barry can see much more than just snapped necks.
He takes a closer look and sees that the skin and muscles of their neck have been cut clean, and it's not by any kind of blade, as the cut goes all the way around.
Barry can only think of one thing that can do this. Extreme Speed. These guards' necks were snapped so fast that the skin and muscles of their neck couldn't even stretch before getting ripped and separated at the point of least resistance.
Barry looks around and sees high-speed skid marks, and he already knows who did this as he recalls a similar scene from the TV show. Dr. Wells is finally bringing out the Reverse Flash into play.
Barry gets up to look around some more when Joe approaches him. "Barry, what did you find out?" Joe asks as he looks at the way the necks of these two poor guys have been disgustingly twisted.
Barry looks around to see if anyone is close by. Finding no one, he leans in a little and whispers. "Joe, I think it's him..." Barry says. "Who?" Joe asks, confused, seeing Barry speak so secretively.
"The man in the yellow suit..." Barry says, causing Joe's eyes to widen. "Are you sure?" Joe asks. "I think I am. The injuries to these guards. Only something that is moving at a very high speed can do it. Also, there are high-speed skid marks on the floor, and they don't belong to any vehicle. The only person I know who can do all this is someone like me," Barry says.
"Guys, get this. The witness says all he saw was a blur. Sounds familiar? Looks like the Flash is not the hero Central City thought he was." Eddie approaches the two and says.
Hearing that the witness saw a blur. Joe walks up to the man in the lab suit and starts asking questions. "You said you saw a blur? What did you see exactly?" Joe asks. "Whatever it was, it was looking for something," the witness says. "What did it look like?" Barry asks.
"Like a man, in some kind of yellow suit," the Witness says. "Okay," Barry says and pulls away from Witness with Joe.
"Like I thought. It's him, Joe. He is back, and we need to find him. He is out there," Barry says.
Even though Barry already knows everything, he needs to keep his facade up.
"I know," Joe suddenly says, and Barry feigns confusion. "He's been in town for a few weeks now. He paid a visit to me at the house. He took all the evidence from your mom's case. The files are gone," Joe says. His voice, a little shaky, maybe a sense of guilt in it as well.
"Why didn't you tell me this sooner?" Barry asks, even though he knows. He has seen it. "I couldn't," Joe says. "Why?" Barry asks. Because he threatened to kill Iris," Joe says, reluctantly.
Barry does his best to keep up his act. "We need to do something. The longer he is out there, the more in danger people around me are in," Barry says.
"I understand, Barry. But right now, you need to go back home and rest. We will get back to this tomorrow morning at S.T.A.R. Labs with the rest of the team.
This man, in the yellow suit. He is dangerous, and we need a plan to catch him. And for that, we need to figure out what he was looking for," Joe says.
Barry doesn't speak. He just nods his head. "Okay, tomorrow, then," Barry says and leaves.

Barry returns to his apartment and sees Caitlin in his bed, already deep asleep. He doesn't disturb her. Instead, he takes off his pants and shirt and joins her in bed.
Lying next to Caitlin, Barry stares at the ceiling, wondering what his next plan of action should be.
Should he pretend to be slower than the Reverse Flash when he finally confronts him and take the beating like in the show, or should he match him in speed? Make the Reverse Flash frustrated. Or should be just outright destroy him and reveal to the world that the Reverse Flash is none other than Dr. Wells.
Barry doesn't know just how fast this version of Reverse Flash is, but one thing he knows for certain. The Reverse Flash is not faster than him.
Nothing is faster than him.
Barry then turns to look at Caitlin again. She looks beautiful as she sleeps peacefully, knowing that she is in safe hands.
'Speaking of her, I should look into the past and see what really changed,' Barry thinks, and his consciousness merges with the Speed Force again.
He thinks of the past that changed, and everything that happened because of his actions in the past starts to play before him.
Barry doesn't look at everything that changed. He only wishes to see what happened to his friends so that he isn't caught off guard if he is questioned about the past out of the blue.
He first looks into Cisco's life and sees nothing major has changed. His relationship with his brother seems to be much better in this life.
He then looks at Caitlin and begins looking at her life. He sees that Caitlin was very wild in this life. Parties and nights out with friends seem to have been a regular thing for her, but then she got serious about her studies and left that life behind.
Barry then saw her meet Ronnie, saw her falling in love, and then saw her finding out that he is a stalker and the whole life she built around him is nothing but a lie.
He then saw Ronnie dying and vaporizing inside the particle accelerator and merging with Dr. Stein.
He then saw Caitlin and the team find him in his comatose state and bring him to S.T.A.R. Labs. He then saw himself waking up with his old memory-less consciousness, getting familiar with the team, and making friends with them.
Barry then finally saw how Caitlin and Barry ended up in their current situation. It just happened.
There was no bullshit that Barry experienced before, like Caitlin still being hung up on her dead fiance.
One day, they were hanging out alone in the lab. Barry kissed Caitlin, Caitlin kissed him back, and things escalated very quickly because of their mutual attraction for each other.
Barry also noticed that there seems to have been no talk between them about the nature of their relationship. He and Caitlin seem to have coming to an understanding that they just like to fuck each other, and there is no need to make things complicated.
'It's like things involving my life found a way to be in the exact same situation as I left before,' Barry realized something.
His actions might have changed the future drastically, but the personal relationships and the core things about his life stayed the same.
There was clearly a much greater force at play here. And that force is none other than he himself.
