"Hey Whitley! Have Hoopa open the door and pick me up."
Rope pulled out the phone and urged at Whitley.
"You're done here? Didn't Hoopa say the guy across from you was kind of strong?"
Whitley got up from the couch, that is, he was relieved and opened his mouth to be a bit puzzled. After all, this Hoopa guy wouldn't be able to talk nonsense on such things. While speaking, he gestures to Hoopa to open a door for Rope.
Hoopa nodded and pulled out a circlet and messed with it.
Rope shook his head, somewhat helplessly, "That's just dumb. Not very sane mentally. After a few words with the nag, he left."
As she said this, Rope was also a little helpless. After all, Rope really didn't understand the brain circuits of these people, what exactly were they planning to say?
You'd have to say that he had a grudge against himself, right, and there was no sense of just how much animosity this guy had towards himself. If you want to say that this guy appreciates himself... when he heard that he didn't know him, the energy that wanted to kill himself wasn't small indeed.
Rope looked at the gold-ringed space door that had opened on his side and walked right through it.
Back at the Institute, Rope hung up the phone and looked over at Hoopa, who was sitting on the couch.
Sweeping around, he couldn't spot Celebi. So he passed Hoopa a questioning look.
"Celebi is recuperating over in the backyard. She still recuperates quickly if there's a forest."
Hoopa naturally knew what Rope was trying to ask.
"From her attitude, it looks like she's not averse to helping you cross over."
"Shall I go to her?"
Hoopa actually asked.
This sentence actually probably meant whether or not Hoopa should go watch Celebi and not let her run away. After all, Hoopa had a basic trust with this Celebi yes, but it was really far from familiar.
Rope, however, simply shook his head without doing much thinking.
"There's no need. There's a basic level of trust in people."
Hoopa shrugged, saying that it was good that Rope was happy. He was clearly a tool god on Rope's side now, but he was idle and none of the other gods needed his help. Instead, he was still a bit more comfortable on Rope's side when all was said and done.
After these two finished speaking, Whitley opened his mouth and asked, "Rope, do you want to eat some more?"
Rope shook her head, "That's not necessary, there's no fight this time, no need to replenish my energy." With that, he stretched and yawned.
"I'll go back to bed, and put the discussion with Celebi until tomorrow."
The corner of Rope's mouth twitched, "This day has really tired me out."
It had indeed been a tiring day, first setting the tone of the covenant between humans and Pokémon with Lance. Then it was off to take care of Eternatus's business. By the evening it was really... going to rescue Celebi again.
Even if things used to happen all the time, there was no time when a bunch of things were tied up in a pile like today.
Shaking his head, Rope waved his hand towards the crowd and headed in the direction of his house. He was exhausted. He was going to rest, and no one could stop him, he said!
But it was also true that the crowd had no intention of stopping him. Although it was said that teleportation solved the problem of the boat ride. But dealing with so many things in one day was in itself an insane squeeze on mental and physical strength.
They weren't in the relevant field, so they really couldn't help much if they had to say anything. But for now it's fine, letting Rope rest is the most help they can give her.
That being said, no one rested after Rope left.
It wasn't too late, Blue and Red went to fight together. For them, it was a good time to get a little bit stronger, and every time they found out a little bit more about their flaws, they were able to get a little bit more strength, which might be able to help them in the final battle.
Daisy, on the other hand, was discussing some research-related things with Whitley. They, too, couldn't help Rope too much. So they could only do their best where they could.
As for Sennogi...
She silently walked towards the outside of the house. Looking at the star-filled sky she took a deep breath and silently hung her head.
"What are you thinking?"
Hoopa appeared by her side at some point, holding a can of energy cubes and eating them.
For normal Pokémon, energy cubes were just used to eat as compressed cookies. Only it was definitely a bit tastier.
But all the same, you couldn't eat more than one or two pieces before you were full. After all, it was rich in energy.
However, for a legendary Pokémon like Hoopa, this thing was at best a snack like potato chips. How much to eat all depends on what the main meal is, if the main meal is appetizing, then eat less snacks, if the main meal is not appetizing, then eat a little more snacks, anyway, this thing is not bad for the body. It's not like you're going to get fat if you eat too much of it.
Sennogi looked up at Hoopa. she hadn't seen Hoopa back then, which meant that Hoopa really wasn't involved in that incident with Rope.
"Nothing, just thought... Rope could finally recognize me..."
Sennogi said this with a feeling of relief. She could feel that part of Rope's pity for her. But that pity wasn't what she wanted.
Of course she knew Rope was engaged to Cynthia. But being engaged was like making people stop thinking about him? What to think.
"You think that little bit of Rope combing away from you is because Rope and you met at the wrong time, don't you?"
Hoopa would be able to understand that thought of Sennogi's.
It was logical that everyone's acquaintance with each other should have happened at the same time.
But for Rope and Sennogi, and Rope and Katsuhisa that was clearly not the case.
Rope met them after they met Rope. This isn't some sort of crush where one person knows the other.
Rather, it was after meeting each other, and still only one person knew the other.
"Rope, you guys are really sinning..."
Hoopa looked at the somewhat heartbroken Sennogi, and Hoopa shook his head rather helplessly.
"Actually, I can still understand this feeling of you knowing that person and that person not knowing you."
Hoopa was somewhat helpless, after all, seriously, he did experience such a feeling.
For those of them, it wasn't even the likeness that the gods used to recognize each other, but rather, the gods' soul fluctuations were an important basis for them to recognize each other.
And Hoopa, this guy also had almost the same helplessness when it came to recognizing Celebi...
This guy is just too hard to find. And she knows you now, she may not know you the next time you see her. Because it's from another point in time...
Sennogi looked at the despondent looking Hoopa and for a moment didn't know how to comfort him.
So this guy's way of consoling people was to make himself out to be worse off than the other person?
This way of consoling people is quite interesting!
Hoopa also felt for a moment that he had indeed lost his temper a bit. But soon he slowed down.
"Anyway, don't be upset. Since you were looking forward to Rope's encounter with you, look forward to it with great anticipation. No matter how it turns out, learn to accept it gladly, you humans have a short lifespan. There's no telling when you'll lose your life."
"So it's better to live happily ever after. There's also a fundamental difference between you and Rope...that guy, he's no longer considered human."
After saying that, Hoopa just shook his head and left. It was also true that he had empathy for being able to say so much to Sennogi today. Or rather, seeing a Celebi again after a few hundred years had given him quite a shock as well. Though these two Celebi weren't the same one I guess.
Sennogi was a bit surprised at first, after all, in has been one, Hoopa was a childish character. Getting into childish pranks every now and then, and being a bit funny while making a bit of a mess of things.
Strong in strength, but not very decent as a god.
But today, the things Hoopa said ultimately made people once again think of the one in front of them, a powerful god who had been born from the very beginning of the world's birth.
He had also become witness to the rise and fall of one civilization after another.
Some of them had something to do with him, and some of them had nothing to do with him.
Being able to maintain a relatively lively nature after seeing so much was a rare thing in itself.
However, even Rope couldn't say whether this personality was the effect of the attributes or Hoopa's own personality.
Looking at Hoopa's back as he left, Sennogi pursed her lips...
What Hoopa said he certainly understood all of it, but understanding it didn't mean that he could forget it.
Although it was only a day and a half of time together.
Rope was after all the first person to leave a shadow in her heart. She had once looked forward to Rope's appearance on that cruel night...
But unfortunately, in the end, there was none.
There was only a reunion after decades of loneliness and that blank stare.
Happy? How can I be happy?
Sennogi stared blankly at the starry sky.
It seemed that the only thing that was still the same as decades ago was this starry sky...
It was even possible that this starry sky had already changed.
Just like that, Sennogi closed her eyes. She didn't speak.
The following morning.
Sennogi woke up leisurely according to his biological clock, but upon seeing that he was still lying on the grass, Sennogi also let out a bitter smile...
But was about to get up. She suddenly realized that she was covered in a quilt, and even had a fireplace by her side, which was filled with a white hamster running on a spinning wheel made of flames.
The overall warmth emanating from it was warm and not quite burning.
The hamster even barked at her twice as she looked over at it, and then continued to run endlessly on the tumbler. It still looked like it was enjoying itself.
Sennogi's eyes got a little moist.
"Sennogi! Breakfast!"
Daisy's voice came out from the room.
"Okay! Right away!"
Sennogi subconsciously replied, then lifted the quilt, but he froze for a moment, because this quilt she recognized, it was Daisy's.
Seeing her floundering, Daisy, who was looking at her from the doorway, came over a little worried.
"Is everything alright? Did you freeze? I told you that it's not good to let you sleep outside, this guy Rope insisted that surely you can't freeze."
Daisy's tone carried a point of reproach, but that reproach was directed at Rope.
"No, no, no, I'm not cold! It's still...nice." Sennogi said as she shook her head.
Daisy looked at her with little sign of being frozen and gave a sigh of relief before saying, "It's good that you're okay on your end. Seriously, I jumped when I watched you fall asleep on the grass."
"That Rope guy was sitting right next to you, squeezing that hamster over there."
Sennogi nodded and looked at the hamster over there again.
"Is this your quilt, Sister Daisy?"
Sennogi asked, a little confused.
"Yes, it's a quilt for the outdoors. I used it when I was traveling outside. I haven't used it in a long time since I stopped traveling, and the style is rather the same as it is now. You and Whitley don't have it though. Haven't had time to prepare it yet."
Daisy even had an apology in her tone as she spoke.
Sennogi sniffed and shook her head again, "That's okay."
"Thank you, Mei!"
Sennogi's face revealed a smile as bright as a star.
Even Daisy was lost in thought for a second.
After reacting, Daisy looked at Sennogi and said somewhat helplessly, "Sennogi you really are... too beautiful, this is still really uneasy for you to travel outside by yourself."
"In my opinion, we shouldn't let Sennogi-san travel by herself, it's too dangerous. If you must travel you should also let Rope send a Pokémon to follow you, otherwise it's really too dangerous."
Whitley also gathered around with concern.
Not that it was anything else, they also had a basic understanding of Sennogi these days. There was a strong acumen in some of the plans. But she doesn't have much talent as a trainer.
So it would be dangerous to travel alone.
Just as the two people finished speaking, Sennogi hugged the two people fiercely.
He whispered, "Thank you."
Daisy and Whitley obviously froze for a moment, they didn't know what was wrong with Sennogi, but judging from her outgoing emotions, she was really in a pretty tight spot right now.
"It's okay Sennogi, is there something wrong say it, we'll all help you out!"
Daisy patted Sennogi's back and said seriously.
"A few big ladies! Breakfast is getting cold!"
Rope's voice came out from afar. He had gone to bed fairly early last night, not too late after pinching Sennogi's hamster stove.
All three looked at Rope at the same time. the bottom of their eyes were either annoyed or sultry.
Rope threw up his hands in surrender.
"Make yourselves at home ladies."
And so they went inside, ready to eat.
And the three women on the grass were not quite coherent anymore, and after looking at each other, they smiled at each other, inexplicably feeling that everyone's mood had changed for the better.
So getting up, the three of them talked and laughed as they walked towards the room.
And in the room, in front of the table was an onion head-like Pokémon looking at Rope, unable to look away.
