"Oh! My god! What is he doing?! Peter, don't look!" Aunt May subconsciously covered little Peter Parker's eyes.
Little Peter Parker looked at the sky through her palm a little helplessly and said: "May! I can still see it!"
"Oh! Sorry! I forgot!" Aunt May put her hand down a little embarrassedly.
She sometimes forgot that the sky could not be blocked.
Little Peter Parker curled his lips, speechless about Aunt May's behavior. He is not a three-year-old child anymore, he is a man who wants to become Spider-Man!
[Following Loki's brutal eye extraction, Barton's synchronized device projected a holographic recreation of the eyeball. The security system accepted the biometric data, green confirmation lights blinking in sequence as the heavy vault door unlocked with a pneumatic hiss. Barton moved with practiced efficiency, entering the secured area and removing the specialized container holding the iridium they sought. His movements were economical, showing no emotion or hesitation – simply the mechanical precision of a master assassin completing his objective.]
[With confirmation that his part of the mission was accomplished, Loki began his own calculated performance. He slowly walked toward the terrified crowd, the scepter gleaming ominously in his hand. As he moved, his appearance transformed – his elegant formal attire shimmering and morphing into his Asgardian battle armor. The golden horned helmet materialized on his head, its imposing silhouette adding to his already intimidating presence. His green cape billowed behind him despite the absence of wind, supernatural power radiating from his every step.]
[People outside the museum still hadn't fully comprehended what was happening, their faces showing confusion mingled with growing fear. They could only retreat with the panicked crowd pouring from the building's ornate doors, pushing and shoving in their desperation to escape.]
[Loki strode confidently onto the street, his posture regal and threatening. A police car responding to the disturbance sped toward him, sirens wailing and lights flashing. Without breaking stride or even fully turning his head, Loki flicked his scepter almost casually. A blast of blue energy struck the vehicle, sending it flying upward before crashing down and sliding across the pavement, sparks flying as metal scraped against stone. He didn't even glance at the destruction, continuing his deliberate march forward.]
[With a shimmer of green-gold magic, Loki multiplied himself into perfect duplicates, surrounding the fleeing crowd and cutting off all escape routes. The multiple Lokis spoke in perfect unison, their voices carrying an otherworldly resonance: "Kneel before me!"]
[When the frightened people continued their frantic movement, all versions of Loki raised their voices in synchronized rage: "I said... KNEEL!!!" As the original Loki slammed the scepter against the ground, the Mind Stone within it pulsed with blinding blue light, sending a shockwave of energy across the plaza.]
[The crowd, overcome by a mixture of fear, shock, and the stone's subtle influence, slowly dropped to their knees. The sight of hundreds of well-dressed gala attendees kneeling in the street seemed to deeply satisfy Loki. His face transformed with a smile of genuine pleasure – perhaps the first real emotion he had displayed all evening.]
["Is this not simpler?" he asked, his voice now almost gentle as he began walking between the rows of kneeling humans. "Is this not your natural state? It's the unspoken truth of humanity that you crave subjugation." His words were delivered with the confidence of a professor explaining a fundamental principle.]
[He continued his improvised sermon as he moved among them: "The bright lure of freedom diminishes your life's joy in a mad scramble for power... for identity." Each word was carefully chosen, his silver tongue at work as he studied the downturned faces. "You were made to be ruled. In the end, you will always kneel."]
[An elderly German man, his face lined with years that had seen too much history, slowly rose to his feet. His movements were stiff but determined, chin raised in defiance as he looked directly at Loki and stated firmly: "Not to men like you."]
[Loki's expression shifted to amused condescension: "There are no men like me."]
[The old man's response was immediate, his German accent thickening with emotion: "There are always men like you." His eyes held decades of painful memory, having witnessed similar scenes in this very country within his lifetime.]
[Loki's amusement vanished, replaced by cold anger. He raised his scepter, pointing it directly at the defiant old man: "Look to your elder, people. Let him be an example." The tip of the scepter began to glow with intensifying blue energy, charging for a lethal blast.]
[Just as the energy was released in a streak of deadly blue light, a blur of red, white, and blue descended from above. Captain America landed in a perfect crouch between Loki and the elderly German, his vibranium shield raised. The energy blast struck the shield and rebounded, hitting Loki squarely in the chest and sending him stumbling backward onto the stone steps.]
[Captain America slowly rose to his full height, the American flag colors of his new uniform standing out starkly against the darkness of the night. His voice carried the weight of authority as he approached: "You know, the last time I was in Germany and saw a man standing above everybody else, we ended up disagreeing." His steady advance was measured, tactical.]
[Loki pushed himself up, glaring at Captain America with cold hatred. He let out a mirthless laugh: "The soldier! A man out of time!" His voice dripped with disdain as he regained his footing.]
["I'm not the one who's out of time," Captain America replied evenly. As if on cue, the SHIELD Quinjet descended from the clouds behind him, its engines humming as it hovered above the plaza. A spotlight activated, illuminating Loki in harsh white light.]
[Inside the jet, Natasha activated the weapons system with practiced efficiency. A mounted gun emerged from the underside of the aircraft, training directly on Loki's position. Her voice echoed through the external speakers: "Loki, drop the weapon and stand down!" Her tone left no room for negotiation.]
[Loki's response was immediate and wordless – a powerful blast of energy from his scepter aimed directly at the hovering jet. Natasha's reflexes proved exceptional as she banked the aircraft sharply, the blast narrowly missing the fuselage.]
[Seizing the momentary distraction, Captain America launched his shield with precise aim. The vibranium disc struck Loki squarely in the chest, but to Steve's surprise, Loki barely moved, absorbing the impact with seemingly minimal effort. As the shield rebounded back to Captain America's waiting hand, he followed with a direct punch to Loki's face.]
[The Asgardian barely registered the blow, his enhanced physiology far beyond human strength. Fury flashed in his eyes – not from pain but from the indignity of being struck by a mortal. With graceful but lethal movements, Loki began a counterattack with the scepter, driving Captain America backward with a series of powerful blows that the super-soldier could barely defend against.]
[Captain America found himself half-crouched on the ground, reassessing his opponent's unexpected strength. He shifted his shield to his dominant hand and swung with all his enhanced might. Loki parried the strike with casual ease, the scepter connecting with the shield with such force that it knocked the vibranium disc completely from Captain America's grip, sending it skittering across the plaza.]
[Left without his signature weapon, Captain America engaged Loki in hand-to-hand combat. He dodged a sweeping strike from the scepter with acrobatic grace, bending his spine backward at an impossible angle. He pivoted to avoid a downward strike that cracked the pavement where he had stood moments before.]
[Finding an opening, Captain America landed a solid punch to Loki's midsection, but it was like striking a concrete wall. Loki didn't even flinch before countering with a sweeping low attack that knocked the super-soldier's legs from under him, sending him sprawling onto his back with a painful grunt.]
[As Captain America attempted to regain his footing, his breathing labored from exertion, Loki moved with supernatural speed. The god positioned the blunt end of the scepter against the back of Captain America's helmet, physically forcing him down as he commanded: "Kneel!"]
["Not today!" Captain America growled through gritted teeth. With a sudden burst of strength, he gripped the scepter's shaft and pushed it aside. In one fluid motion, he sprang upward and executed a spinning kick that connected solidly with Loki's jaw, causing the Asgardian to stagger backward.]
[From her position in the Quinjet above, Natasha observed the battle with growing concern: "This guy's all over the place." The two combatants moved too quickly and remained too close for her to risk weapons fire without potentially hitting Captain America. Her fingers hovered over the targeting controls, waiting for a clear shot that never materialized.]
[Just as it seemed Captain America was losing ground, a new voice crackled through her headset: "Agent Romanoff. Did you miss me?" Before she could respond, the jet's control system was overridden, and AC/DC's "Shoot to Thrill" began blasting through both the internal speakers and external broadcast system. A small smile tugged at Natasha's lips despite the situation – Tony Stark's flair for dramatic entrances was nothing if not reliable.]
[Captain America, knocked once more to the ground by Loki, heard the music echoing across the plaza. Both he and Loki paused their confrontation, looking skyward in search of the source. A streak of light appeared in the distance, growing rapidly larger as Iron Man approached at supersonic speed.]
[Before either combatant could react, Iron Man arrived in a blaze of repulsor light. Without slowing, he fired a perfectly calibrated dual repulsor blast that struck Loki directly, sending the god flying backward into the stone steps with bone-jarring force.]
[Iron Man touched down on the pavement with mechanical precision, the landing creating a dramatic shockwave of displaced air. As he straightened to his full height, various compartments throughout his armor opened simultaneously – palm repulsors glowing with charged energy, shoulder-mounted mini-missiles emerging from hidden compartments, targeting systems locking onto Loki from multiple points.]
["Make your move, Reindeer Games," Tony's amplified voice challenged, the sarcasm evident even through the suit's speakers. Captain America recovered his shield and moved to stand beside Iron Man, presenting a united front against their adversary.]
[Loki, still seated on the steps, one hand pressed against his injured torso, assessed the situation with cold calculation. His gaze darted between Iron Man's weaponry, Captain America's determined stance, and the hovering Quinjet above. After a moment of tense silence, his armor and horned helmet shimmered and disappeared in a ripple of golden light, leaving him in more subdued Asgardian clothing. He raised his hands slowly in the universal gesture of surrender.]
[Seeing this, Iron Man lowered his weapons, the armor components retracting smoothly back into the suit. "Good move," he commented with satisfaction, the threat in his voice dissipating.]
[Captain America, still breathing heavily from the exertion of the fight, glanced sideways at his new ally: "Mr. Stark." The greeting was both acknowledgment and question – this was their first meeting despite knowing of each other by reputation.]
["Captain," Tony responded simply, the single word carrying decades of complex history between the Stark family and the legend of Captain America.]
"Loki surrenders now? No! He must have some purpose!" 2nd Gen Spiderman frowned, although he didn't know more about Loki's deeds.
But judging from the fact that Captain America was suppressed throughout the duel with him, it is clear that Loki is not so easily defeated.
"Remember what Barton said? He needs a spy! Barton is a senior agent of SHIELD. He obviously knows SHIELD very well. He must have some plan."
Gwen also knew that Loki must have a conspiracy, but she didn't know what his current purpose was. She only knew that a space wormhole would be opened in the end, but they didn't know how.
