"This SHIELD is so scary! Won't we have no privacy now?" A person who was working couldn't help but start worrying about his own privacy after hearing what Coulson said.
His colleague laughed at him and said, "You think too much. Who the hell are you? Would an organization as big as SHIELD care about your little privacy? Did they peek at the URL in your browser?"
"Hahahaha! That's true!" The other party also reacted after hearing it and found his just thought very funny.
2nd Gen Spiderman doesn't care about the surveillance issue Coulson mentioned. Isn't that something everyone knows? In the era of big data, no one can escape if they want to check!
After all, that's how the bad guys who did bad things on the sky were caught! Including Alexi, who had already fled to Mexico, wasn't he also sent to the police station by the local gang?
He was more concerned about Captain America's action of giving money: "Captain America was willing to admit defeat, and he gave Nick Fury ten dollars!"
"Rogers has definitely never seen such a scene, at least not now! So it's normal for him to be shocked! After all, even my mother was so shocked that she dropped her bowl when she first saw the mothership flying level with Sokovia."
Gwen chuckled twice. She remembered Helen's reaction when she saw that scene. She thought something had happened and hurried to the kitchen. Fortunately, it was a false alarm.
"This mothership should have been destroyed in this incident, otherwise Nick Fury wouldn't have dug it out. It must have suffered some damage. The Battle of New York! I really want to meet those aliens!"
Spider 2nd Gen Peter recalled what Nick Fury said in Avengers 2 and guessed that the mothership was damaged. He had always wanted to know what kind of war could affect the entire universe and what the Chitauri looked like!
These questions have been lingering in his mind, making him feel as uncomfortable as being scratched by a cat, and he himself is not a person who can sit idle.
[On the other side of the world, in the damp underground facility, Dr. Erik Selvig continued his frantic work. His movements were methodical but held an unnatural urgency, his eyes still glowing with the eerie blue light of Loki's control. He directed the staff carrying a heavy metal container: "Put it there!" His voice carried the authority of a man consumed by a vision only he could see.]
[After they positioned the equipment, Selvig walked toward Clint Barton, who stood monitoring security feeds. The archer's normally alert eyes were glazed with the same unnatural blue. "Where did you find all these people?" Selvig asked with genuine curiosity, gesturing to the various scientists and mercenaries working around them.]
["SHIELD has no shortage of enemies, Doctor," Barton replied with cold detachment, no trace of his former loyalty in his voice. He picked up a sleek tablet from a nearby workstation and displayed it to Selvig. On the screen was a personnel file featuring the photograph of a distinguished scientist. "Is this the man you need?"]
["Yes! Iridium! It forms in meteorites, creates anti-protons. It's extremely rare," Selvig nodded enthusiastically, his scientific mind still functioning brilliantly despite the mind control. His fingers traced imaginary molecular structures in the air as he spoke.]
["It's about to get a lot more rare," Barton observed dryly, already calculating the security parameters for the theft.]
[Selvig, consumed by the scientific challenge, waved his hand dismissively: "Well, I need these materials. The details are your problem." The physicist focused solely on the technical aspects, indifferent to the moral implications of their work.]
[He suddenly noticed Loki approaching silently behind them, the scepter glowing in his hand. Selvig's face lit up with reverence: "Hey! The Tesseract has shown me so much! It's more than knowledge—it's truth!" His expression was that of a convert who had found religious enlightenment.]
[Loki smiled slightly, pleased by the scientist's devotion: "I know." His voice was smooth, almost hypnotic as he turned to Barton. "What did it show you, Agent Barton?"]
[Barton turned around, his movements precise and economical: "My next target." The former SHIELD agent showed no conflict, no hesitation—just cold purpose.]
["Tell me what you need," Loki prompted, his regal bearing maintaining an air of command even in this humble setting.]
[Barton walked purposefully to a large equipment case and retrieved his compound bow, his hands caressing the weapon with familiar affection despite his altered state: "I need a distraction." He tested the string with practiced fingers. "And an eyeball."]
[Meanwhile, on the helicarrier, Agent Jasper Sitwell monitored multiple screens displaying facial recognition scans searching for Loki. The sophisticated software analyzed thousands of camera feeds from around the world, continuously refreshing with new hits but finding no match above threshold parameters.]
[Coulson stood beside Captain America on the bridge, his professional demeanor slightly cracked by fanboy enthusiasm: "I mean, if it's not too much trouble," he said, referring to his request for Captain America to sign his vintage trading cards.]
[Captain America, recognizing the sincere admiration, decisively agreed: "No, no. It's fine." His kind smile suggested he understood what this meant to the agent.]
[Coulson tried to suppress his excitement, but his hands betrayed him with subtle, nervous movements: "It's a vintage set. Took me a couple of years to collect them all." He cleared his throat professionally before adding, "Near mint condition. Slight foxing around the edges, but—"]
[Before Coulson could finish his enthusiastic description, Sitwell's urgent voice cut through the conversation: "We got a hit! Sixty-seven percent match!" His fingers flew across his console, refining the parameters. "Wait—cross-match, seventy-nine percent!"]
[Coulson immediately shifted back to full professional mode, hurrying to Sitwell's station: "Location?"]
[Sitwell zoomed in on a map as he reported: "Stuttgart, Germany. 28 Königstrasse." The screen displayed elegant museum architecture. "He's not exactly hiding." The feed showed Loki in formal attire entering a gala event.]
[Nick Fury turned to Captain America with resolute determination: "Captain," he said, the single word carrying the weight of a mission briefing, "you're up."]
[Captain America met Fury's gaze and nodded firmly, immediately turning to prepare for deployment. His expression shifted from the friendly conversation with Coulson to the focused determination of a soldier accepting a combat assignment.]
"Captain, so you signed for Coulson?" Natasha looked at Captain America with amusement.
"Yeah! That's true!" Captain America smiled slightly awkwardly.
"Have you only signed autographs for Coulson? Unlike me, I have fans all over the street!" Tony became a little unconvinced when he saw this.
"Oh! Come on! Tony! Last time you told me that what annoys you most is that your fans are everywhere." Rhodes rolled his eyes and was speechless at Tony's childish words.
"Hahaha!" Rhodes' words made everyone laugh.
Tony coughed twice: "This is not a conflict! Right!"
"Okay! You win! Tony!" Captain America was not angry. He knew very well what kind of person Tony was and didn't care.
[At the Stuttgart Museum, a sophisticated gala was in full swing. Elegantly dressed guests mingled among priceless artifacts and flowing champagne. The string quartet played softly in the background as high-society figures engaged in pleasant conversation, completely unaware of the danger that had just entered their midst.]
[Captain America arrived at the equipment room that SHIELD had prepared especially for him. He stood silently before his new uniform, redesigned with modern materials while honoring his iconic appearance. His hand reached out to touch the vibranium shield, the familiar weight a comforting constant in this strange new world he found himself in.]
[Outside the Schadel Security headquarters, two guards patrolled the perimeter. One man stood watch on the upper level while his colleague circled the ground floor entrance. The night was quiet until the guard on the upper level heard a soft 'whoosh' cutting through the air.]
[Looking down in confusion, he saw his colleague collapse suddenly, an arrow protruding from his chest. The guard reached for his weapon, alarm flooding his system, but before he could raise his gun completely, another arrow struck him with deadly precision. He tumbled over the second-floor balcony, landing with a sickening thud on the pavement below.]
[Simultaneously, a SHIELD Quinjet cut through the night sky, carrying Captain America toward Stuttgart. Inside the aircraft, Natasha piloted with expert precision as Steve prepared himself mentally for the confrontation ahead.]
[Back at the security headquarters, Barton handed his bow to one of his men and approached the secured door. A technician beside him worked on bypassing the electronic security systems, his fingers flying across a specialized hacking device. Barton himself held a compact scanner, awaiting the signal from Loki that would initiate the next phase of their coordinated attack.]
[Inside the gala, Loki appeared on the second-floor mezzanine, the Mind Scepter disguised as an elegant walking cane. He observed the gathering below with cold calculation, his Asgardian eyes seeing not people but merely pieces on a cosmic chessboard. The museum patrons continued their conversations, oblivious to the predator now moving among them.]
[Loki descended the grand staircase with regal bearing, his eyes fixed on his target. The museum curator was delivering a speech to the assembled guests. With swift, practiced movements, Loki approached from behind and struck a security guard with his scepter, sending the man crashing to the marble floor before anyone could react.]
[Before the startled curator could comprehend what was happening, Loki grabbed him by the throat with inhuman strength and hoisted him onto a ceremonial stone altar. The guests froze in shock as the scene unfolded, unable to process this sudden violence in their refined setting.]
[With mechanical precision, Loki withdrew a specialized device from within his formal jacket. The mechanism extended into a complex three-pronged apparatus. Miles away, Barton activated his corresponding device in perfect synchronization, pressing the switch that linked their systems.]
[Loki's device began to spin with increasing speed, its sharp points becoming a blur of motion. With horrifying deliberation, he thrust the spinning device into the curator's eye. The man's scream of agony echoed through the museum's vaulted ceilings, the sickening sound cutting through the elegant music. Blood spattered across the pristine altar as the device extracted the biometric data it needed.]
[The gala erupted into chaos, expensive shoes clicking frantically across marble floors as the elite guests scrambled toward exits, champagne flutes shattering as they were dropped in panic. Women screamed, men shouted for security that would never arrive in time.]
[Loki observed the panicked crowd with cold satisfaction, his lips curling into a smile that held no warmth. The chaos before him was merely the prelude to the grand performance he intended to orchestrate.]
